Some domainers change their mind when they read about possible TM issues. That was the case with the surface movies name. Rightly or wrongly I chose to be cautious and dump that particular one...

In the busienss world in a capitalist econmony, there is no such thing as "stealing" unless a court decides so..

If you have a good idea and you make it public or I find out about it, I might just take that idea and bring it to market before you do if I think it's a profitable idea and I jus tmight make a killing or at least a few bucks. No crime committed here..

Hi, just looking back over the posts re "surface". I picked up a couple of these. Have you had any thoughts on the TM thing or heard anything? I've researched it as much as I can but no mention as yet of the TM issue..
