My question is 6 weeks, 20 pounds to lose, is it possible? (Nutrisystem)? Many thanks for any answer. Another question I got... 3 weeks done.... 12 pounds down! Exercise is still my nemesis, but I am getting it in at least 4-5 days a week, I have noticed I am already upping the intensity as well, during my 30 minute walk yesterday, I actually ran for a full minute... that might not seem like much to some, but trust me, for me it's note worthy!.

Hunger is much better now, I am finding the Nutrisystem meals without add ins satisfying enough. I pretty much have to force myself to get the 1300-1500 calories a day..

So good results so far, motivation is still high wish me luck on the continued progress...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

Yeah on week days after work I am usually pretty hungry and definitely ready for dinner, but I will not allow myself to eat until I finish my 30 minutes of exercise......

I do the same thing, only with breakfast. I wake up, have my coffee, then hit the exercise bike for a half hour. During cool-down I drink a couple pints of water and prepare my breakfast..

It works great for me, and by eating later I find I don't get hungry very often...

You really have the motivation, you're sure to reach your goal soon. You said: "I am finding the Nutrisystem meals without add ins satisfying enough. " I don't mean to hop on details and I may not be reading this right since you did mention you're getting to 1300-1500 calories, but just in case - the add ins are as much a part of Nutrisystem as the entrees. Critical for complete nutrition, teaching how to shop and choose wisely and building a basis for your lifelong lifestyle..

Great job with the exercise - remember if you exercise intensely, you'll have to up your calories or you'll plateau. Check out some of Ben's post - especially the BodyBugg thread..
