Ditto what Darleen said. Call your doc..

Don't just think "it will go away"...

Sounds like it maybe a liver issue I would see a doc ASAP..

Yep to the liver issue idea. Didn't want to freak you out tho. :-)..

Ok - so, yes you are getting good advice here, call your doc, even your PCP. It may not mean a trip to the ER but it definitely needs a urgent follow up..

And I have to laugh because there's a movie called the Christmas Story where the bully has yellow eyes. ("So help me God, yellow eyes!").

Here - watch this a laugh a little:.

ER or clinic, if you can't get direct conversation with a physician, like now....definitely. No guessing and wondering...

Call your doc's now and get a message to the on call doc. Let them make the decision for you... Either way, lab work will need to be done ASAP in order to begin intrepreting what's going on in addition to a physical exam, etc...

LMAO @ Kitty!!!.

I just had the hospital page my doc. Should know something soon. Thanks for the replys. Should I be worried?!?!..

Definitely a call to the on-call doc or a 24 hour nurse line. Keep us posted...

Soooooo, Doc called me. Something about bile build up? Liver not doing it's job all the way. Hints towards Johndas and hepatitis..

Yep, going to die!!!! AHHHH.

He said to get my labs tomorrow and call my surgeons office to have them faxed over asap to know for sure. I guess there isnt anything they can really do. Its one of those "body fights it off" things..

One week out and I just got scared shitless....Boooo!.

Thanks for the fast replys and help guys. I know I can always count on you!!!.

Ill keep ya updated.....

Honestly, wait to talk to your doctor before getting upset. People who get jaundiced (yellow skin, yellow eyes) typically have some type of liver involvement but there are other things that can cause this ... so wait til you hear or see your doctor hun..

Hang in there,.

Colleen..

I agree w/ Colleen. Don't get to worked up. There are many things that could cause this and there are just as many treatments..

Hang in there and try to get a good nights.

Sleep.

..

Tomorrow will be a better day!!!..

Jaundice is very common in babies, if they can survive it, so can you. :) Hopefully that's all it is. Hang in there..

With babies, it is hyperbilirubinism, and a little.

UV therapy.

Fixes it...

I have had jaundice as an adult, they will find out why it is happening and you will be fine. Mine was due to gal stones in my liver ducts. Within a week, my jaundice was gone...

Karamia - my thoughts & prayers to you for finding out what's going on and hoping everything turns out for the best. Please keep us updated..

You'll be fine..

God Bless!..

Vitamins won't make your eyes yellow. I'd suggest an immediate visit to the ER...

How do I know I am part of a community, here? Because I worried about you and send good vibes to you all day Kara..

Everything worked out - I see you have posted elsewhere, so I.
