I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

If you didn't have a little bit of fear you wouldn't be normal! I think EVERYONE has fears for one reason or another! You are going to do great and God will carry you through this time of your life as well! ALL things are possible to those who believe....BELIEVE in yourself!
