That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..
Welcome to the group, you can get alot of support and advice from this group, they are a great bunch of people..
You can't compare yourself to other people. Everyone loses at their own rate, and it sounds to me like you're making good progress. I can't believe that your surgeon just did the.
And turned you loose without any advice or instruction, what a jerk!! I can't believe that you're eating 5 oz at 2 months out.. Even now at almost a year out I have a hard time getting 5 oz in. Just go easy, you don't want to stretch your pouch out..
HI Jessica. Glad you've found your way to us. Sorry to hear you don't find the support from your surgeon, but that does happen sometimes. What about follow up appointments? You can manage, but support is always nice. Hopefully you will locate another doctor for any medical concerns that may arise. Also, I expect you'll be able to find support at this site, too..
Sounds like you are doing well with weight lossKeep up the good work...
