I still don't get all my water/protein in. I don't tempt the fate of this much. I did try to eat chicken skin, my FAV. got so sick I will never try that again!..

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...especially since losing 20 pounds of fat...this is the first time my husband has had the energy to go with me to the balloon fiesta!..
Oh I forgot to say, it was a streusal cake with powdered sugar on it..
I was told by the surgeon that the important thing is when we slip, we get back on the diet. It is when we continue to slip and blow the Medifast diet that is when we are asking for problems. It was nice to hear the surgeon tell me he did not expect me to be perfect..
