I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Thanks for the post, I needed it about now. I don't think I regret the.

Surgery.

I just don't like feeling the way I do. I know it will take time but I have always been a big water drinker and now when I take a drink it hurts so much for just a few minutes that I am drinking less and less to.

Avoid.

That feeling..

To top off all that I didn't get good news about my mammogram and I'm just feeling like I have lost control of everything. It will get better. I have good support at home, thank God..

@Kathi Sending prayers & good vibes re: your mammogram. It's good you have a good support system... and you always have us :) (((Hugs))).

The drinking thing should get better too... I don't even think about it anymore... you learn how much to take in your mouth per sip and have less owwww moments when you gulp a bit too much till eventually you can't remember drinking any other way...

Shelly: You know, you have a book just waiting to be written, and I KNOW it would sell. I for one would buy two! Two parts to it by you: your joural entries, and your recipes.
