My 1st question is: Any Skin Soothing Face Mask Medifast recipes? Thanks in advance for any answer. My other question... Home after 3 days two nights in hospital. The hardest thing for me was getting the wooziness out of my system. Whew, that took forever. They tried to do my leak test, but I had to wait because the first time they tried, I couldn't stand for the two min, it would take.

But, luckily all was well.

The release papers told me to concentrate on just getting fluids in, which is not a problem, I've been going to the potty ALot, hehe. I'm not as gassey as I was hoping for, only a few burps, much to my familys amusement. Took a long shower today, and nothing felt better. My hand , where the big ole needle was put in is still like twice it's size, I look like a mutant. My stomach is covered with lil ole bandaids.

Glad to be home and on the losers bench. Oh, and attached to my discharge papers was a cool card with all the doc and hospital info and telling any restaurants that I need to order from the kids or senior citz menu. Awesome! Have my follow up in 1 week and we'll go from there. Good luck to all and hugs to you if you've got surg on the way..

Much luck.

Don't worry about not being as gassy as you'd thought you'd be. I wasn't either. Mine came out through burping too which I think sounds like the easier way than gas pains. Get lots of rest and Congrats on your success!..

Thanks so much all for your kind words. No-one understands quite like someone who's been there. Although I want to thank all the RN's and nurses who worked the bariatric pod at the hospital, they were all sweet and willing to hold my hand and didn't make me push myself too hard, and didn't make me feel bad even though I got up 10 times to go to the bathroom. Weaver I burped a liitle more today, and tooted once. I'm sorry it's painful for you. I guess It's better out than in.

In my parents in-law suite, I'm staying with them for a week or two, and It's toasty and warm. Oh I forgot to mention that my.
