Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

You have come to the right place for endlees amounts of support. We never want anybody to feel ashamed or embarressed to post or share anything here on this site. There are several people I can think of currently who started their journey from 300 lbs up to around 600lbs. Noone is pressuring you to reveal anything you aren't comfortable with...just know that it is part of the healing process and if and when you are ready we will all be with open arms and passing no judgement. I never told a soul how much I weighed before I started this I will tell anyone and everyone..

Welcome to the site, and before long you see how little shame we really have here. You will see preop weights and pictures that will shock will hear "wow" moments that will amaze will read stories of complications or struggles that will concern you...and you will see questions about gas, burps, foamies, puke, diarhea and constipation that will gag you!.

I look forward to following your journey!.

I know it is hard being the fattest in a crowd of people. We are all the fattest in one place or another. My place is a work, and it isn't easy, but I have let them know about the journey I am going on and they are supportive. You have shared with us the journey you are going to take and we are all here to be supportive. Best of luck on the journey..

Have a Blessed Day.

You will find this group to be completely unbiased. If you want to share your weight that is up to you. Weight has always been a personal matter to me one that I chose not disclose to anyone..

The only advice I will give you is do not compare yourself to others. Regardless of where we started we are all here for the same reason- -health and support..

We will lose at different rates, there are great variances with the bariatric programs, and comparing yourself to others can be discouraging..

It doesnt matter whether you are the biggest or smallest person in the room, who are we to judge?.

Respect and love yourself and regardless of where you are at now know that you are doing something about it..

Best Wishes on Your Journey...
