Got a quick question: Any tips or Medifast recipes for making bread? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question I got... Tonight is my night to put my trash bin at the curb. Tonight is the night I am finally going to trash that last half loaf of.

Cinnamon.

Bread, the 2/3 package of cookies I don't even like, and two half boxes of sugar coated cereal. Thank you, Elizabeth for the kick in the butt..

My nut had challenged me to live the lifestyle now, pre-op, but I have been only playing at it. After work today, I'll shop for lean proteins, fresh, non-starchy veggies, and some high-fiber fruit. I"ll start trying eggface's recipes..

I'm done playing games with my health. I'm done telling myself that one more starch/sugar won't hurt. Bah! They all hurt. They put me in this position with type II diabetes, HBP, reflux disease, high cholesterol, and depression..

My.

Surgery.

Date is not yet set, but I'm living the lifestyle now. That's my committment to me, and my promise to you. When I whine about it, support me. When I cheat, give me a good kick in the butt. I'm gonna need it all...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

I am so glad that SOMEBODY...just one somebody...thinks they are important enough to have the very best....

You can count on me for anything you need...someone to talk to, someone to vent to, someone to hold your hand...and someone to roost up your booty when it needs that too....

I give you all props for taking your health into your own hands, and doing right for yourself...it is not gonna be easy...there may be a few days you are truely hungry...but that too shall pass...when your body sees there is just no more...it WILL conform..I promise it will....

You know it's not like forever, just until you big body melts.

Down to say a more regular size. I'm a big believer that we should eventually be able to live a fairly normal life, just that we will never be able to eat like a pig anymore. Now the problem will be if that little bitty piggy never stops eating shitty food. Bit it sounds like you've got that dicked! LOL.

Good luck, and don't let Lizzy kick you around too much girl!.

The BEST thing you can do is start today! Why wait. My nut and I worked closely and I lost a lot of weight before.

Congrats for choosing to start now! You will succeed marvelously and won't need to get caught up in the mind games and dramas as much. I started as soon as I had my first appt and it has been an easy process for me. I was ready and knew just what I was getting into so I haven't played any games with myself. This can be a drama free process if you can be present with every moment and honest with yourself. This process is not about Medifast food so much as it is about developing a new relationship with ourselves. Congrats on being done with the games!..

Like you, my date has not been set. I am starting to live the life now - taking baby steps. I have given up sodas (a biggy for me), alcohol, and cut way back on fast food. No more breakfast sandwiches in the morning. I now have protein shakes made with the SEI Max protein powder. Be sure to check out eggface's website for some great ideas...
