First off, Anybody plzz help me in makin my webpage in iPage..plzzz help? Hoping for any response. My 2nd question... Hi there,.

I have moved my oscommerce iPage website from powweb to networksolutions and I experiment some strange behavior..

After editing configure.php, the iPage website runs correctly but I am unable to access to the admin interface..

This message is displayed : Warning: require(includes/configure.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 36.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/configure.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 36.

This file is in place but !!!.

Can somebody help me on this, I can't find where I've done a mistake or many .. : ).

Regards.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..

Thanks for the reply Satish,.

The permissions are set correctly on files and folder but I haven't modified the configure.php present in admin/includes.

Infortunatly even after I updated this file I got another error message !.

Warning: require(includes/classes/navigation_history.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 135.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/classes/navigation_history.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 135.

The file is present, I have searched for a couple of hours but have no clue..

Any help appreciated..

Why life is not simple ....

I'm not an expert but if navigation_history.php was missing my frontend won't show up!.

So navigation_history.php is accessible by my catalog but not by the admin part.

All the path seem correct after at least 112 verifications.

Navigation history isn't used in the Admin, only in the catalog. At least as far as I can tell..

If I understand correctly that you get this error when accessing the Admin:.

It would be because you've accidentally copied the application_top.php from the catalog side into the admin side..

They are not interchangable...

Thanks germ but after verification on my working iPage site on powweb, the files was not accidentally switched..

So :.

The message was :.

Warning: require(includes/classes/navigation_history.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 135.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/classes/navigation_history.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 135.

I have modified the line in application_top.php.

Before : require(DIR_WS_CLASSES'navigation_history.php');.

After : require('classes/navigation_history.php');.

Nota: the line before this one is correctly executed.

Require(DIR_WS_CLASSES'shopping_cart.php');.

So DIR_WS_CLASSES is correct !.

Now I got different error messages.

Warning: file(includes/spiders.txt) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 188.

Warning: require(includes/functions/whos_online.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 431.

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions/whos_online.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/somewhere/htdocs/includes/application_top.php on line 431.

Thx.

I have create a sub folder and uploaded all the files in ASCII mode except for the images,.

I have modified the 2 configure.php and all the messages was gone..

Maybe some files loaded as binary or a ghost or a bad me!.

Thanks for the replies..
