Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could help you..

Welcome. I understand your jitters, I'm feeling them, too, even though I am completely certain that this.
Is the right thing for me. I start a 14 day, liquid protein pre-surgery Medifast diet tomorrow..
Is on 19 November...
It is jitters that I feel! Each day closer I feel more and more that this is the right thing for me to do. I get so excited and then the nervous thoughts kick in. All the what ifs! Lol. I just need to keep telling myself to calm down. I just wish the date wasn't so far away! :)..
Congratulations on your date and your decision to have.
It has it's ups and downs but I just keep.
To the ones that have had their.
A while back...they are so helpful. Welcome to the site..
For me having someone (my husband) to help me the first week was extremely helpful. Some people seem to sail through the first week to two weeks. But I was very sore and need pain meds and my husband help me with everything..
Hopefully you have someone to help you when you come home from the hospital. I found sleeping most comfortable in a recliner. I really had trouble laying down and getting up when in bed..
I have to admit the first week I wasn't too sure about what I had done to myself, but as time has passed I certainly have no regrets..
