Got a question, hope someone can answer... Anyone have any good Medifast recipes for cooking food on the grill? Many thanks for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... I know someone asked about these in a post a while back..this comes frome the.

Hungrygirl.com.

Email...it was taken directly from her email today...I completely understand your skepticism. A lot of people are wary of tofu, especially the kind that's mixed with something called shirataki and comes floating in a bag of liquid! But I promise you, House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles are an AMAZING pasta swap... as long as you prepare them right. It's really important to rinse them, drain them, and dry them. Sure they're a little high maintenance, but they're totally worth it. I mean HELLO!? they have only 20 calories per serving!!! Click here for tons of tips on how to prepare and enjoy them.

Why? Because Tofu Shirataki tastes best with creamy, cheesy sauces that coat the noodles really well. This recipe is so good, you may not believe it has only 99 calories. But it SO does! Try it and please tell me what you think. And if you're up for another Tofu Shirataki recipe, make the So Low Mein with Chicken... Mmmm!..

They are very good! I have used them with my homemade spaghetti sauce (yep, I'm an italian girl and make a killer meat sauce) and also in a stir fry type dish with chicken, veggies, and tofu cubes. Very good, can't even tell they aren't pasta :)..

YOU BETTER BELIEVE I WILL BE LOOKING FOR THESE...I KNEW THEY EXISTED, BUT HAD NEVER HEARD ANYONE SAY HOW THEY ACTUALLY TASTED....

THANK YOU GOD FOR NOT TAKING "PASTA"OFF THE MENU....

THAT WAS THE HARDEST HEAD TRIP FOR ME...WHILE I AM NOT ITALIAN, I DON'T NECESSARILY THINK YOU HAVE TO BE TO BE A PASTA ADDICT...OR MAYBE I AM PART ITALIAN, AND JUST DON'T KNOW IT.....NAW...ALL MY CHEROKEE RELATIVES HAVE ME CONVINCED THAT I AM NOT...ESPECIALLY MY FULL BLOODED GRANDPARENTS.....

About them and the are GREAT! To me, they taste like pasta, and hungrygirl had a great recipe for vegetable lomain using those. The family loved it and they did not even know that it was not pasta..

I live in a small town so haven't found them yet. There is a WalMart in a nearby town, can you get them there? Also, I really miss chicken noodle soup. Has anyone tried them in that?..

Carolee - found them online. Just google search "House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles" There are some other noodles called "shirataki" but look for the tofu ones. I'm not ordering them until I can eat them in about a month. I don't want to have to look at them in the pantry and not be able to try them! lol. Hey, where are those recipes you mention Ivey? I will at least bookmark them now!...

I found them in shoprite in the section with tofu..
