That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..
Hi Patti: What a wonderful post. I have had a renewed sense of.
For the future ever since I began the process to gain approval for GBS. Since getting a.
Date, it feels like I've won the lottery! Your post is very encouraging..
Is an amazing energizer. Because of it, I've made other improvements in my life during my lead-up to.
(started getting into my.
Studio regularly, for example). You have a bright future ahead of you, and it's all of your making. Big grins for you...
Awesome!!!! I'm right behind you! My two-week check up is next week. I've been peeking at the scales but not sure because my scale is not accurate. Congratulations on the meds. That's the most exciting part for me. I'm off of all my diabetes meds, BP and Cholesteral. So happy to be sharing this journey with you. MaryM..
Keep following the plan and you will continue to shed..... I love the term shedding.... Losing implies you might find them again! I know I heard that somewhere,,, not my words..
Funny, but my scale will not..I mean WILL NOT, give me a weight but once a week...every other time it just says ERROR!!!.
I have finally given up, and given in, put the scales away and am refusing to look again til December 21, which is my next doctors appointment...I have an appointment with my neuro doctors tomorrow, and I know I will be weighed, but only the bariatric doctor's scales count for me...everything else is just an average in my eyes....
So far, I have averaged about 5 pounds a week...my nutritionist says that is a good thing...five pounds a week is okay with me...I worried so much that this wouldn't work for me, cause the first several weeks, were so hard, and I felt like the scales were just not moving. But everyone in the office from the nurses, to the doctors, to the front desk girls, are letting me know just how crazy that way of thinking is..they also keep telling me what a drastic change they see every time I come thru the door....
I look for a plateau at any time, being that I have been steadily losing weight for a year now, with 127 pounds pre-op...at last count..a week ago today actually, I was right at 145 pounds gone now...what do I really expect? I started this at 419 pounds...today...274...so okay...I'll live with that..for now...ha ha ha ha..
Good girl - keep it up. Getting off meds is one of the top things I look forward to after wls. Thank you for sharing with us!..
