That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..
Congratulations! - post before and after pics if you want.....
Congrats! Love to hear more of the story. Brag a little!..
What an incredible success! You lost 150 in 15 months! That's a real testimony for working the plan consistantly. While it would have been great to get to know you along the way, now that you've "crossed over", welcome to Maintenance! There is NO finish line, just a series of goals that last a lifetime..
Congrats too for learning how to do it on your own. I find that as wonderful a report as your goal accomplishiment. Keep us maintainers "in the loop" with how you do. I, for one, am eager to hear how you do it. Never forget that Nutrisystem is here if you ever feel that you need it again..
150 lbs is a heck of a lot of weight. Think of four 5-gallon bottles of water! It's hard to lift those but you used to haul them around all day before..
I'm looking forward to a similar success...
Based on the amount of weight and time, you sound like you lost the weight doing the right things. You are totally correct about learning the lifestyle..
Continued best of luck!.
Congrats on your accomplishment and good luck in your maintenance. Thats a hell of weight loss...
Fantastic, congratulations! That is awesome success..
Let's see some before and after pics! Also, don't forgot to join us over in Maintenance, we could use some more dudes over there...
Man, that's an interesting way to see it. Those 5 gallon jugs of water are pretty heavy. And to think I'm carrying those around with me at all times is just incredible to think about. I can't wait to get rid of my jugs lol..
Jugs. I thought all my fat was in my belly, but I found out I had jugs. Somehow the shape of them was not female and they actually looked like pecs. But there was a lot of fat on the bone. Now the real muscles are starting to emerge. Hear a lot of concerns from people about "cutting muscle" or becoming a stick.
Just taking the fat off, taking the fat off.....
Wow, that is incredible, congratulations!!! Please keep us posted as to how you do off program, I sure hope it works. I'm thinking that once I reach my goal that I'll continue NS, but only for 3-4 days per week...
....do you have a maintenance plan? Maintenance is slightly harder than dropping because you are closer to the line. Reach out if you need help...
Congrats - I hope to join you some time in 2010!..
Wow! 150#'s! Congrats on reaching your goal. Now the hard part begins. Mainenance!..
