First question I got is Can I change the name of my existing website in iPage? Thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: Sorry to everyone because I am a complete osCommerce novice but I am having real trouble trying.

To figure out why my installation isn't working..

I have installed the store and paypal (UK) shipping module. I think I have all the shipping and order modules.

Installed correctly. When you use the store items can be added to the shopping cart but the moment you press.

Checkout (redirecting to checkout_shipping.php) I get a "Internet Explorer can't display the webpage" 404 style error.

As if the checkout_shipping.php page doesn't exist or something....

What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate any help anyone could offer!.

Yes sir! although you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm my answer as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the iPage guys because they can help better...

Thank you so much, that worked brilliantly!!.

Now, when I press the button to continue to checkout procedure (to the checkout_confirmation.php page).

I'm getting the same 404 error as if the page doesn't exist? I'm really puzzled....

Sorry for being a complete noob but I don't get what I'm doing wrong?.

Thank you!.

Thanks for trying!.

If I've got wonky code that's causing a timeout error then what can I do to change it, short.

Of scouring through the code?.

Can I just drop a fresh install on top or what?..

Hi there,.

I am having the same problem, with the exception that everything else seems to work fine ( I can login, create an account and add items to my shopping cart) but when I click on the checkout link, which sends you to checkout_shipping.php, I also get a ".

Internet Explorer can't display the webpage.

" 404 style error as if the checkout_shipping.php page doesn't exist..

I have been pulling my hair out over this and just can't figure it out. I'm sure it's something simple and I am just not seeing it..

Anyway, here are my config settings (- any identifying information),.

The page is timing out..

I wouldn't know where to begin to solve that problem..

It could be a code problem, could have something to do with your shipping modules, but it's next to impossible to find without some sort of error message to point you in the right direction...

When you change the configure.php, always check your CHMOD..
