Best way is to set up an account and get the email, place and order and get the email, update the order status and get the email..
Then you find the text in the file ....................
I don't see any e-mail text in that file. It looks like info for filling in forms. Am I missing something?..
You have to go to /catalog/includes/languages/english/.
There are many files which you will have to edit.
If you place an order for exampe, you'll have to edit the file "checkout_process.php".
In that file you'll see something like this => define('EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT', 'Order Process');.
If you edit this to define('EMAIL_TEXT_SUBJECT', 'Order Processed'); your e-mail content will be changed too.
Other files you'll have to edit are account_newsletters.php, account_notifications.php ....

You need to edit the files in includes/lanugages/english.php that have to do with each section..
