I have enabled it to show prices with tax in the settings and I have set a taxrate, but the items still shows up with only the net price.

Can anyone explain this for me ? .

Thanks..

The answer is Yes, however you might wanna make sure and wait for another member here to confirm my answer as I am on the fence. Better yet, why don't you ask the iPage guys because they can give you help better...

Yeah, but this is a store only for my country and I want the prices to be shown with the tax included all the time, not only for visitors with accounts..

Roger are you sure you set up your Tax Zone and Tax Rate Properly?????.

When you created your Tax Zone It appears with a folder icon at the far left edge of that line. You need to click open that folder. If it is empty you need to click on install, edit the info, and click on install or update which ever you have. Make sure the Tax Class you have set for your taxable products is entered in you Tax Rate. When you set display items with tax in admin/configuration/my store. This forces display of tax with price in all of the product info windows but not in the shopping cart because it is handled differently in the order.

It only appears in the columns of the order you can see in admin and the invoice you can print if A.) the customers zone requires tax be figured and B.) You have selected to display tax with item price.....Questions?????..

It works for me now, I forgot to enter that folder you talked about. After doing that it all worked..

I had the same problem. After you have checked the obvious culprits(zones etc.), first make sure the item is declared as Taxable Good. Second, make sure the recipient is in your home state so that tax is applied...
