Yep, but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm my answer as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you email the iPage guys because they can help better...
Is this for text based content or html based content..
My post is meant as a question to cheezehead.

Oh, I see..
Yes, if it is text that you would like the store owner to add, then there are several news contributions that will allow you to add text based content to the index.php...
Now you are getting where I am comming from Wizardsandwars if we know more of the nature of the input then we can advise the different solutions..
I tried STS, but it didnt work out for me. I could place anything anywhere, but there is still question on where the $content is updated from. It is from the index.php file still.. right?.
I just want an html page that the client can update, add pictures, etc. to, and upload it, and the mainpage will display the content from that html file on to the main page where the content is....
I am no guru at this stuff by all means, so if this isnt possbile, then I wont be too dissapointed...
I would think though that you could call or somehow display html from another file on to the main page, no?.
That is EXACTLY what I was looking for !!!!.
Thank you VERY much!!!..
Is there a way to have the index.php file look to another html file for the Text Main section?.
Im trying to make it so that the person I'm doing this iPage website for, can easily manage the content in the main page..
Thanks in advance!.
There is a contribution called STS - Simple Template System..
Install that, and you can use and HTML template for the entire site...
