Yup, although you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm this as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you call the Medifast guys because they can answer your Medifast question better...
My surgeon recommended Duralax, as needed. Nice and gentle, the exact opposite of Milk of Magnesia!..
I have been having problems with constipation and my surgeon told me to use.
Which works well when I use it. I think I'm going to try some.
Also. When things get really bad I end up using milk of magnesia. Which I hate using...
You might want to add in a stool softener too. :)..
I was soooooooooooooo constipated the few few months. I used.
And now if I have dried prunes every day I am fine...
Amber you need to add plant protein into your Medifast diet which will bring fiber, and that will solve the issue. Now perhaps TMI but if going big potty takes longer than 60 seconds, that is a YOU provlem..
For me, some vegetables and a little fruit has made everything just fine. I use a stool softener when I have a problem..
Hang in there. It will get better!..
Benenfiber was no help to me..but the walmart brand of.
I had major problems until I started taking.
On a daily basis. I take philips colon care (like eating the yogurt without the yogurt). Now no more problems! Works great for me!.
