I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could help you..
Oh sorry, I wrote the link wrong..
Is the correct one!.
The thing is that I want the header to be smaller in general, as of now (with my little laptop) the header takes half the page..

No, I just want the logo image itself to get a bit smaller in height. The width will stay the same..
And not to make a white gap between the logo and the menu and the rest that is under the logo image..
This has to be possible, no? To adjust in the template itself?..
It's possible but will be difficult in your case. What you need to do is resize the image to something smaller. Then, in the code where it is displayed, you will find it enclosed in a table cell or a div. In either case, you need to add additional cells or div's and fill them with a background image. To get the background images, you just cut a piece from the main image, one or two pixels wide is enough. The height needs to be the same as the main image.
I have bought a template and I think the logo is a bit to big..
I would like to change it in the height, but I don't understand how I can make the rest of the page follow so there is no empty space between the logo and menu/the rest of what is underneath the logo..
I tried in header.php, but it made an empty space underneath the logo itself..
Heres the webpage (not finished) to show how I mean (I have the old logo in the correct size according to the template, but I want it smaller).
Can anyone have a look and maybe help me how to fix it?.
I do not have much experience with PHP...
The link you provided is invalid so I can't look at it but, most likely, all you need do is edit the image with an image editor. If the template has a fixed space for the image, you may have to add a background color to hide the extra space, if the image will blend in with it..
