I haven't changed anything in config.php recently but I have made changes to the database_tables.php. Here's that file:.

What is the:.

<!p.

/*.

$Id: database_tables.php,v 1.1 2003/03/14 02:10:58 hpdl Exp $.

At the beginning and.

>.

At the end of the file doing there (it should be <?php and ?> respectively. Something went wrong with copy/paste or could this be the cause of PHP not reading the defines?..

Good catch...I fixed that, but I still have the same problem.....

1146 - Table 'blowinin_cart1.TABLE_CONFIGURATION' doesn't exist.

Select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from TABLE_CONFIGURATION.

[TEP STOP]..

Do you still have the includes for filenames.php in application_top.php?.

P.s. I bet this will be the last time you don't save backups. No worries though, we'll help you sort it out...

Oops, almost forgot about it, but there are two configure.php files: the other one being in the admin/includes section. Could it be that?..

There are two database_tables.php.

The error shows a missing define for the table configuration..

The first part blowinin_cart1 is normal as this is the name of the database..

Look at your other database_tables.php for the define..

One of the database_tables is for the admin and the other is for the cart...both are showing the same error......

Have you deleted the table accidently ? .

Restore the table from a backup of the db...

Nope...table is still there....

I've fixed the problem for the cart...it's now working, but admin is still fubar.....

Newest admin error is this:.

Parse error: parse error in /home/blowinin/public_html/admin/includes/database_tables.php on line 67.

1146 - Table 'blowinin_cart1.TABLE_CONFIGURATION' doesn't exist.

Select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from TABLE_CONFIGURATION.

[TEP STOP]..

I know that much from the error..

It is the fact that the error.

Shows TABLE_CONFIGURATION that leads it to be that the define.

Define('TABLE_CONFIGURATION', 'configuration');.

Is missing from one of the database_tables.php files either catalog/includes/database_tables.php or admin/includes/database_tables.php otherwise the error would read.

Which would indicate that the actual table was missing from the database, which it is not...

What was the prob in the cart ? .

And the file you posted here earlier is that from the cart or the admin side ? have you got the define in the admin side version ?

Can you post the resolve so as to help others that may have a similar issue...

The problem was that two of the files in the contrib had typos that was causing it to look for a table that wasn't there...once the typos were corrected, the problem was solved!..

I'm getting the following error in both my cart and admin:.

How do I fix this? My iPage site is down right now!.

Thanks.....

I am assuming that your database name is blownin_cart1. It seems to be appending that to your table names. What does your configure.php (remove the DB login info before posting) file look like and what does your database_tables file look like...
