Question I have... Do you have any suggestions for the Medifast Diet? Looking forward for any response. Another quick question... Medifast is a wonderful program with many different types of support and a fabulous community. We understand that everyone is an adult and this is not a "mean" group. For some of us, we thrive on this program if we have a place where we are held accountable, where we commit to the program 100% and where we have a place to chat with others who feel the same..

What we believe.

:.

1. Cheating on Medifast is NOT a strategy to get us out of our fat suits.

2. The only way for us to learn about our problems with food is to take the word "choice" out of the equation when it comes to Medifast. Our only "choice" is 5 packets and 1 weighed and measured lean and green a day.

3. We look to those who have been successful with this strategy to continuously remind us about why this way, for us, is the way to go.

4. We believe that, even though we are completely committed, knowing that we have a group that holds us accountable for our actions is both useful and important.

We commit to.

:.

1. Remove the word "choice" from our vocabularies.

2. Follow the Medifast plan as written, including transition and maintenance.

3. Tell our "inner brat" to shut the H-E-** up and quiet him or her through abstenance from off plan foods.

4. Give and receive tough love without complaining or calling each other "mean".

5. Cheerlead fellow group members as they follow the path to thinness.

6. Make Medifast the LAST diet we ever go on.

7. Check in with the group as often as our schedule reasonably allows.

Getting the banner:.

1. Copy the following text using your favorite method:.

[IMG*]http://i851.photobucket.com/albums/ab74/pennosh/ToughLove.jpg[/IMG*].

2. Click on the "Edit Profile/Settings" link at the top of this page.

3. Click on the "Edit Signature" link on the left of the page.

4. Place your cursor in the "Edit Signature" area (looks like a mini version of Microsoft Word) and paste the text you copied using your favorite method.

5. Remove the two asterisks (*) from the text you just pasted.

6. Click "preview signature". You should now see the banner in the Preview area (above where you are editing)!!!.

7. Click the "Save Signature" button. If you do not, all this will have been for naught! So make SURE you save this after you are all set!.

Anyone is welcome to join, and if folks have additional ideas on how we can commit, I am happy to hear them!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could assist you..

Oh I had already started us for today too. :P.

Did you notice? It's one day! 1/11/11....111111111111111111111111111111one!!111.

Ok done trolling now...

The group so nice we hafta start it TWICE!.

LOL! Thanks, ladies for getting up early and starting us up today! I created a Word doc containing the opening post last night in case I was the first one cuzza my early mornings. but you ladies beat me to the punch!.

One-Eleven-Eleven... It's gotta hold some kinda significance. I'm looking forward to seeing how this day will be remembered. Sorta....

I have gotta just say: last night was so fun. I haven't posted this much on here in over a year and I'm convinced that staying active here with like-minded people is a huge factor in staying OP and reaching our goals..

Happy Tuesday, ToughLoves!..

Today's L&G is eggplant lasagna. Note: I'm in maintenance. Using eggplant instead of noodles and I'm making home made sauce. Layering with skim milk ricotta and low fat mozz. I'm having celery and cucumbers on the side for "desert" to make up not having enough green..

I pre-measure everything and then assemble into a single serving cassarole dish and bake...

Morning everyone. Thanks for the welcome yesterday....Nipiing this in the bud now before my head goes to weird places. Not sure what my dinner is going to be yet. Got some chicken breast to use..

Off to make my ticker and get my banner. I love a chatty group, took me a while to read yesterday's thread last night...

MT, that dinner sounds delicious! I'm thinking about the new sushi place... Sashimi and veggies. I just don't know that it's worth over $20, though, to go to a sushi buffet and eat just 7 oz. of sashimi and a cup and a half of veggies. We may pick something else...

I was catching up with the posts from yesterday and came across yet another person talking about being embarrassed or ashamed or something about being back here and back on plan after gaining weight back. I can't tell you how much that bothers me..

There's probably not one person here who hasn't done this more than once - if not Medifast then all the other diets out there. We've all lost some, gained it back, lost again, gained again. Every one of us. You're not only not alone - you're NORMAL..

The thing is that we have to keep trying until we figure out what's going to work for us, and that's not going to be exactly like what everyone else does in maintenance. Losing is pretty simple, mostly - just stay on plan and you lose. But man, keeping it off is HARD. It takes experimenting and figuring it out and making a plan and then making a new plan and we have to keep learning and poking the plan..

I wish we could all just lose it and go back to eating "normally" and keep it off, but it doesn't happen. It's not a matter for shame or embarrassment when you've tried a plan that doesn't work in maintenance, or had a setback. It's just a time to take stock, figure out what went wrong, and do better next time. That's ALL it is. You're not a failure, you're not an idiot, you're not some kind of substandard human being, you're just figuring it out. That's ALL.

So stop it. Don't be embarrassed to come back here and say you need help. We ALL need help...

That is awesome Corbie.........

MT-How do you prepare your eggplant before you cook it in the casserole. I can't seem to get the right texture and I don't normally have any texture aversions..

Penny-We went to an Asian Fusion restaurant the other night and they had 4 pages of sushi options. I am not a huge fan of asian food I just got grilled chicken with steamed veggies but what everyone else got looked really good.

Okay am I missing something here-I keep seeing all these newbies talking about the detox....WTH? Is there a new phase for week 1?..

Lynne, I love sushi, but I've given up the rice, so I have sashimi when we go. We went the week after Christmas to our favorite place that we'd been going to for about five years - and they were closed! No info anywhere on why they closed. Best deals anywhere..

Steph, I was one of the people hanging my head - still am to an extent. It's not easy to show up where you haven't been seen for awhile and see (and hear) the shock when people see that you've gained the weight again. A perfect example was a couple of days ago when a person I respect and trust saw a recent picture of me on Facebook and had to say how shocked they were at the picture. Really? Did they need to say that? I took immediate offense. I got over it, but it seemed that it didn't matter what my circumstances were. The fact was that I gained the weight back and I should be showing people how to NOT gain it back.

So, while I know what needs to be done, and I'm here doing it, it was very hard to come in and say I'd gained again after my surgery. I'm glad for this group, though, and I'm in it to win it - again!..

Good Morning Ladies!.

Off to a good start today. Got to the gym this morning before work, 45 minutes on the treadmill. I even did some hills (inclines). Felt really good! Now about to start another busy day at work....I hope to check in later!.

Ya'll are awesome! Have a great day!..

Good morning Peeps!.

Lynn - Not a new phase, just a new phrase for the period it takes to achieve ketosis. It was posted once that the symptoms are caused by your body detoxing from sugar and carb overload, and the phrase seems to have caught on..

Wow. The trolls came out of the woodwork last night, didn't they? <snicker> I'f feeling cranky today. What do you think? Commando or sniper?.

Dr Tramp starting the thread! Holy smokes!!! Wonders will never cease!!.

Kerrigan - I caught that post and it totally cracked me up. I am now picturing you with this huge 3 ft needle going around poking anyone that doesn't agree with you..

Se - Good for you for hitting the gym. Me, I overslept and barely got to work on time (6:30 am) Motivation to exercise has been pretty scarce for me lately..

Morning Miss Penny! Sushi? Ick. It's a texture thing, as well as mental. Just something about eating any uncooked meat makes me shudder. As for you gaining back the weight. At the rate you are losing it, all that wonderful hidden muscle you've been putting on the last few months is going to make his head spin in a couple of months, if that long. Then we'll see what he has to say.

Do not want to be a werk today. Tons to do and don't want to do any of it. Oh well. bbl..

Forgot to shout out to Steph!!! No chopped tofu from me!!..

I am home sick today.......Not a good way to start my first day 5&1..

Sarah-my fave time to exercise is first thing in the morning, it makes my whole day go better..

Get some rest. Eat some of the Medifast soups (if you have/like them). Those help me when I am feeling sick and still OP! Hope you feel better soon!.

Yes, I am starting to notice the AM workouts set the rest of my day up for success. I have more energy and surprisingly it puts me in a good mood...at least until people annoy me at work!.

I am usually a little hungrier, but I fit in a snack which I usually don't eat on other days and that helps. Yeah for exercise! Never thought I would say those words!!!..

Safely at werk, I am. We've got some light snow and are bracing for a Nor'Easter later tonight..

When I get here in the morning, my first order of business is to take my 16 oz. insulated cup and my 28 oz. insulated bottle to the kitchen and fill them with tea (green or Earl Grey) and ice water, respectively. This morning, while my tea cup was filling with hot water from our awesome automatic Keurig, I grabbed a paper towel to wipe the drippage from the outside of my water bottle. Lo and behold, the cover wasn't tight. The lid stayed in my hand whilst the bottle fell about six inches to the counter and erupted in to an explosion of ice and water all over the counter, the floor, and...

Thankfully I have a sweater on over a lightweight blouse and the blouse blotted dry pretty quickly, after a few explatives escaped my lips. If this is any indication of how 1-11-11 is gonna go for me....

De, that is exactly the thought I have in my head. Each day, I'm seeing a muscle here and a muscle there, that weren't terribly visible yesterday. The mirrors in my bathroom allow me to see front and back views simultaneously and I'm becoming a mirror hog in there. All flexing and stuff... just kidding! Not....

Lynn, sorry you're not feeling well. If I remember correctly, you're in my neck of the woods, so you're probably better off at home. It's nasty out there today...

Oh, yeah, those pants I mentioned the other day... Yeah, the ones I couldn't even pull up over my behind just before Christmas? Guess what I'm wearing today?.

Big NSV for me!..

I am up, up, up?.

And ready to be 100% OP..

I do the 4&2 with Medifast blessing. My side job is as a trainer and group ex instructor and I often get 2 hours of exercise a day. Sometimes I get one and sometimes 3..

Anyways, I have been 100% OP since January 3 except for Sunday when I had a GI bug and had to do a plan B..

Loving Medifast and excited to hit 30 lbs down...

Lean and green is right now, and it's 99% FF ground turkey from yesterday. The one that didn't go so well. I'm getting the leftovers in now, for 2 reasons: 1) I'm hooooongry (first meal at 0635 on the way to work for 2 quick meetings) and 2) it's tasting not so good, and eating it makes it go away..

Is this a thread where I can vent a tiny bit of frustration at some trolls? I usually keep my head pretty well about me, but people are resorting to calling me names for disagreeingnot even with thembut with other people!? And I'm the brat? (If I had bangs, this is where I would blow a puff of air up at them.) I know it's the plight of a small mind, but honestly. The Internet isn't full of love and puppies for everybody!.

Whew..

Okay, so having said that, today is day 4 of being 100%, and my ketosis had set in by yesterday morning. By last night, I went to bed with such sugar-breath that I was snickering about swallowing my own spit for dessert...

OOH! De! I have a picture that I took of myself while I was in nursing school, right when they first gave us our practice supply packs and I was playing with syringes and needles for the first time... I found the BIGGEST syringe and the BIGGEST needle and put them together and got a picture of myself looking at it in a "You're going to put that WHERE?" way. I also took one at the time of myself snapping on a rubber glove and looking devious. *laughs* Perhaps I should add those to my rotation of avatarseven though they're from 2005! If people are going to make accusations, perhaps I should just deliver!..

<SPEW!!> Rachel, I'm so glad you're with us! You are giving me a big case of the giggles over here. The "If I had bangs..." comment made me blow a little Earl Grey outta my nose!..

Penny-Awesome NSV about the britches. We are just enough north that the storm is only going to give us a few inches. Totally lucked out so far this winter.

Kerrigan-If they are talking about you then they are not talking about someone else ;}.

Constant-this time I think when I start exercising I am going to try 4&2, I did 5&1 through all the exercise last time and totally wiped myself out..

De-Totally sniper.

Thanks Sarah-I am going to make tomatoe soup in a bit. Then I have chicken noodle ready to go....But the shake tasted pretty good on my throat too..

What she said!!!.

ROFLMAO!!! I DO have bangs!! SPEW!!!!!.

I once had a list of all the different names that the various haters called members of our team. It was quite extensive and we literally wore some of them as badges of honor (plus we knew that it would really get under peoples skins if we did). We usually had the name listed under our user name. For a long time I was Medifast Bull dog. Another member was Donkey Butt, jackal (we were a pack of them don't cha know), monkeys, and so many more that I can't remember. We were a regular zoo of names that people called us, yet MFS would smack US down for calling someone a Wheater (someone who cheats then whines about it) LOL And people called us (as still do) cyber bullies and Big Meanies (another favorite).

Oh god, it would absolutely make my millenium if you would post that needle picture on that thread!!! ROFLMAOPIMP!!!!!..

This really is going to be a Tough it Out Tuesday. Been up since 4:00, period kicked in so Thursday's weigh-in won't show any evidence of all my hard work, the husband just announced that he forgot to tell me he had a business trip tonight, and now the dog's throwing up all over the place and somewhere I'm going to have to squeeze in a vet visit. Ack! In the old days this would have been the kind of day that required a bakery visit to calm my nerves. Now I guess I'll have a shake..

Hope everybody else has a cheerier start to their day!..

Oh, I'ma do it, I'ma do it right now. Just let me FIND the darn thing... haha!.

Here!.

Whatcha think?..

I think your my new BFF!!.

God, it just never ends...

How about this? I don't have anything nice left to say in that thread, so I think I'll leave it at changing my avatar for the day! Sniper kitty, needle defender, who else has a "helmet" to wear? Ha!..

That works. Did you read the latest assault? I'm still trying to stop laughing!..

Yes! I wonder if anyone ever gets offended for themselves on this board, because so many others are lining up to be offended FOR them!..

OMG first thing I see when I come back to this thread is De has the sniper kittie out. I know what that means. Then I see Kerrigan's new avvie and spewed coffee all over..

Oh and I have bangs too, De. Bwa ha ha.

As for eggplant, I slice it with skin on, salt it and let it sit salted for about 2 hours. Rinse and pat dry. That gets rid of any bitterness in the big ones. As for texture, that's a matter of preference and cooking time. I usually bake my eggplant for about 15-20 minutes until just soft. I don't like it mushy/overcooked.

That and the seeds are what hold the bitterness which is why I salt them first. ok rambling so I hope you understand what I was trying to convey..

No chopped tofu from me...

Meh..

Done over there as well. This is me walking away. I'm sure it's going to get pretty hot and bothered soon..

Moving on. Remind me to let you nowhere NEAR me if I ever need blood drawn, 'k?.

MT - Eggplant is one veggie I've just never been able to bring myself to try. I would probably like it, I'm just not terrible adventurous when it comes to veggies. Although I must say, in the past you couldn't have dragged me anywhere near asparagus or sweet potatoes, but after starting transition, I found I love both. Guess I just need to "tough it up" and find a really good recipe to try...

Haha! I've had LOTS of practice in drawing blood since I took that picture. Patients also frequently compliment me on my injections...

This group is very distracting when I'm supposed to be working...

Where are you exactly? (putting on my places to avoid when needing a blood draw)..

Haha, I just happen to be on vacation this week. Leaving for my belated honeymoon Saturday, and a new semester starts up next week. I must maximize my time for goofing off around here while I have it!..

Morning everyone!.

Been a crazy day in Atlanta. We're iced over again and several parts of the interstates are completely shut down. I remember when I lived in Saratoga - we'd be out riding around (cautiously of course) when weather like this happened. (Right Penny?!) But we're Atlanta so I'm much safer sitting in my living room werking remotely..

Steph - more greater words of wisdom as usual..

Penny - keep it up and a great NSV!.

Gotta answer some urgent werk things - no chopped tofu! Will check in later...

::cue Bed Intruder song::.

I'm climbin' in yo' windows, drawing syringes up.....

YIKES!! Sniper Kitty AND needles..........

......I'm slowly backing up before running!!..

/waves to everyone. Wow, nice to see a 100% group back here again. Hi all!..

And go me! I got the sig up almost immediately! W00t!..

Thats right, Karen! Weather like that would have us in the nearest parking lot doing donuts in reverse!!! Wooooo Hooooo!!!! Walking around with a bottle of Jim Beam taking bites out of a snowball as a chaser Dang, that was fun. Now Im sumbuddys Mommy so I hasta behave. Now g.

Et that werk outta the way and come hang with your homies!.

De, I LOVE seeing the sniper kitty again!.

Rachel, LOL!!! Hide yo keeds. Hide yo wivesEerbodys gettin poked up in here! OMFSM!.

GINNY!!! Hi!!!!..

OMFSM!!! Penny!!.

You guys need to stop making me laugh. It's making my headache worse!.

GINNY!!! Woot!..

Yeah. Tell me about it!.

Only one little spot in the lobby where I can get free service. (I love Starbucks).

As a Beaver Believer it is VERY difficult cheering for a Duck, but the factbthat a PAC10(12) team was in BCS & from Oregon, I found myself rooting for Chip's boys. They played & they lost, but not a blowout..

One of my FAvs of course was the AirForce cadet choir singing the National Anthem. The entire sports bar stood & cheered. Woo hoo. Sure glad I travel w/MF..

Congrats on all the losses this first week. See that IS a huge side effect of.

Staying OnPlan. Go figure!..

I gotta say, seeing so many familiar faces is just FUN..

I need to catch up on stuff here & check on the airport situAtion. 22 hundred flights cancelled yesterday, over 15hundred for today Before midnight last night & I hear they are already canceling for tomorrow. This trip may break the ChattyBank, cause hotel rates are awful indefinitely...

Ummm is the needle staying home? I can see your hubby now if you bring that bad boy out of the suitcase.......

Now g.

[font=Calibri].

We were supposed to stop doing that when we had kids?.

The donuts were their fave part of a big storm. Just part of growing up in the northeast I guess we did skip the jim beam and/or beer when they were with us though..

Morning (almost afternoon here) all!.

Steph, I read what you posted before I came into the office and it really resonated with me..

I'd like to add that that "you're a failure" voice is one of the "tools in the toolbox" per se of our "inner brat". What I mean is, if you're allowing choices, part of the reason you might choose something that is not OP could happen for so many reasons. One could be just "I wanna", but the voice that says "heck, you're gonna fail anyway, might as well" is just as powerful..

I had fun last night too! Causing trouble. Catching up on the thread little by little!.

Em..

Lynn, I think this would be more appropriate for the honeymoon, don't you think?..

Rachel -.

O..

M..

G!!!.

Your poor hubby! You owe me a new key board. Just sayin'..

Morning ladies!.

Now, I like snyper kitty! That's a keeper..

You ladies are fun! I like it!.

I can agree to the no pretzel talk rule, but I think we need a no cheese talk rule..

I LOVE cheese and cannot eat it for fear of triggering, so I do not want to hear about it any more! ;0..

I just read the business oppurtinity thread. HIGHlarious..

I've been a member on another message board completely unrelated to Medifast for 5 years now, and those kinds of posts happen all the time..

Honestly, if it weren't for trolls, then message boards would get boring. Peeps love the drama. It's like a car wreck that you cannot turn away from...

<nodding> True. I look at some of the responses on that thread and am always just staggered that some of these people call ME negative and a bully!! Good thing I'm a tough beyotch! Definite advantages to being a true Leo!..

Okay, so I'm not a bratty bully, then, right? *sniffle* *tear*.

TELL ME I'M NOT BRATTY!..

Since cheese and I are currently not on speaking terms, I have no problem with this rule either..

OMG you all are too funny today!! I wish work wasn't so darned busy!.

I'll have to go check out the latest De...shudder, it's safer in here!..

Penny - AWESOME NSV!!.

Chatty - hope you get home soon!.

Sorry for anyone I missed...werk calls (boooo!!!)..

Nah! All friends now with a big round of Kumbaya!..

Just went back and read it. Nice to see one of those blowouts end up being solved amicably!.

The whole bully thing is odd to me. Someone could have read what I wrote to Deb yesterday and say I was being mean (though I said it here, so nobody felt that way). Sorta like homeland security - if you see something, say something..

If my lean and green last night was NOT on plan, for example, I would really like someone to tell me that. Even if they say RTFM, lol (though in this case, I did - (adjusting halo))..

My two pennies!.

Still not sure what my L/G is today...but man oh man I felt like a bloated balloon this morning!!!.

Em..

Hubby is almost home, he is gonna roast me some zuchinni chips to go with my chicken ;}.

I am about Duggared, Dogged, and Housewives of BH's out...

Mmkay... I usually don't eat from the "leanest" leans, and I usually have salad with dressing for my green, so I usually don't have to work in any additional healthy fats. Today I needed 2, though, and my kitchen supply is limitedand I'm trying to use up what I have of perishables. So no cream cheese, already had my L&G... I decided to use up a couple of my original pancakes that I got with my free week, and instead of my typical ICBINB spray, use "actual" Smart Balance Light on it. 1 serving is a tablespoon.

That was a lot of margarine-like product for one plate-sized pancake. But it sure did help the taste...

It looks like my L&G will be sashimi! It's a go! Hubby just took the little one to the YMCA; I'm skipping the gym tonight (gasp!) so I can finish the grocery shopping in peace befpre our dinner out. I've been in the gym (those close to me can attest) six nights most weeks since last August, so skipping tonight isn't gonna kill me..

Checking out for a little while... I'll stop back in after dinner to see what's shakin'. Oh, and I'll be wearing the new pants to the sushi restaurant so as not to over do it! No rice, no crazy sauces - just sashimi and veggies!..

I've been reading in between werking and driving. Had a doc appt. @ 11:30 so went to werk for 3 hours, drove to doc (1/2 hour back home), @doc an hour then lunch with hubby, back to werk...by now it's 2 pm...stil no time to post since I actually better DO some werk. Meanwhile, it started snowing at 11, just the time I left for the doc, so at 3 the boss says 'If you can finish up at home, you might want to slide home' - slide being the operative word. What Penny said about donuts in the parking lot...I used to baby sit for a family a ways away, meaning they had to drive to pick me up and take me home. They'd come home a little (LOT) tipsy and do donuts on the way home, scaring THIS baby-sitter half to death.

Anyway, I'm safely ensconsed at home and am FINALLY posting while my laptop fires up and I can finish my werk..

Love all your pics, Rachel...and the sniper kitty OMG!!.

I totally agree with what Steph said, and Emily & Penny, too. For me, the guilt and shame start when I make the the poor choice and I think that's somewhat normal. It's letting that go and moving on to make the right choice, leaving the guilt and shame behind that's the hard part. Although guilt and shame was once described to me like this: guilt is saying I did something bad, shame is saying I AM bad. Both are useless emotions..I am NOT bad and feeling guilty is just a waste of time. Easier said than done, though.

But I'm here and it's 1-11-11, which I didn't realize til I wrote it down at the doc.

Now about cheese & pretzels...I'm a total cheese-a-holic and I'm not saying another word about the p-thingys. 'Nuf already!.

OK, time to get the werk done...I hear my laptop beeping at me...

Hey Yiayia!.

I have no idea what's in store for din din tonight. Probably chicken and broccoli unless something better pops to mind...

De. I'm really concerned that your sniper kitty is going to incite violence...

Nori - I don't have the faintest idea what you're talking about!..

Wow. Just wow. That's all I have to say about the Business thread and Rachel's pics..

Sniper kitty = good..

De - we really should start wearing some of those nicknames that kinda got lost. Those really ticked a lot of people off..

You know, I thought about starting a thread just titled: De.

Good to see everyone on plan with NSV all over the place. Son's flight was canceled so we're having STEAK tonight - cooked on the grill. Well, that's what my guys are having. I'm thinking a nice salad with a TON of tuna & olives. OK, not a ton, but we do get a boatload of tuna. Must go drink water. Think I've only had 16 oz today so far...

Can I just say this: Many of the old 'gang" is gone. But, DANG! This new group is just as crazy!..

HEEELLLLLLOOOOOO!!.

Thought I'd take a quick break from werk and check back in. Looking like we'll actually be able to drive in tomorrow....

I really liked working from home for the past two years and these last two days have really reminded me of how much I miss it.......

Chatty - what hotel are you in?? Next time let me know and I might be able to get you a break on the pricing. Us international transportation folks can sometimes get some mighty nice price breaks..

Penny - I remember pulling out of my friends driveway in Ballston Spa and having the front bumper work as a snow plow. We still drove into town and the roads weren't even clear. The store parking lot was a big ice sheet and we were all cuttin' donuts. I believe that was the day I bought a guinea pig. Poor thing likta froze to death on the way back..

I just had the most delicious meal. I hadn't tried the Cream of Tomato soup and someone swapped me some items for it. I added a 1/2 tsp of Tomato Chipotle bouillon to it and it was DA BOMB!..

Ohh where do you get that bouillon? I 've never heard of it but is sounds to die for...

I vote in favor of De having her own thread. Then all the De bashing can be located in one single place. Of course we should feel free to sing her praises as well. Cault would you care to do the honors and start a thread about De? IF she were to start it herself, she would definitely be accused of being Narcissistic or Egotistical and we sure can't have that on this board!..

I'll go with the De thread as long as I can go there and snark too...

Rushing back out, a stinky diaper is calling me, YUCK!!!.

I'm thinking I need to call out a Medifast Posse.....Was so excited all afternoon for my roasted zuchinni chips, DH was making dinner since I am feeling all sorry for myself being sick and he burned my chips.......On a normal day this might register a 2 on the Richter scale....Today my emotions were more at a 8......He made roasted green beans instead. I be thinking my man needs some Medifast cooking lessons..

Then again sniper kitty might get the job done with less pain..

Ok, I'll do it. I'm not ascared of her. <ducking behind Rachel>.

But, I think we all need to change our member names in order to post on that thread. You know - something appropriate for the subject matter?.

De's Donkey Butt?.

One of De's gang?.

Something along those lines? Whadja think?..

Yes, Lynn. Sniper Kitty solves everyone's problems. Once and for all...

Pahaha, I like yours: "De's Trampy Minion." Obviously that won't work for me. Hummm... how well does "De's Sharp Object" go with my needle avatar?..

I actually purchased it at Big Lots last year. It's a "Knorr" brand. It appears to have been something marketed in the ethnic sections of grocery stores..

De's Dangerous Dozen (not sure of the total group members but thought it might work)...

It should be fine. So far as I can tell, none of the people who will be riled up by it can count that high...
