I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..
But I haven't recevie any email either customer or admin..
Have you set email addresses in the admin section (configuration)??..
Is the /catalog/admin/includes/classes/email.php file to config to send email?!.
I use admin send the email to one customer is sucessfull..
But send more than one customers, it will be shown:..

When customer order the product, is it will auto send email to admin and customer?!..
Customer only. For admin it is default false..
