I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
Welcome to our family...I am Elizabeth....
Although I just had my.
About 2 and half weeks ago, I have been a regular in here for about a year...I lost 127 pounds pre-op, so support was definately an issue...and let me tell ya...Here is where you will find it..
I know you are saying good Lord...127 pounds pre-op...why did she have the.
Everybody says the same thing...I had the.
Cause I started this at 419 pounds...since the.
I have lost another 20 or so pounds..that is in 2 weeks mind you...but my hospital stay was extended because of a severe mystery infection, and they pumped 25 pounds of fluids in me..I was in the hospital 9 days..
So I had to shed off..(pee) that 25 pounds of fluid, before I could even start the real weight loss...
I am not sure what to tell you about your eating issue, other than I personally would be sitting in my surgeons office wanting some help..demanding some help...that is why he is there, and that is why you pay him...to help you when you need help...so many people forget that that is what their bariatric office is there for...to help you..their job does not stop when you climb off the surgeons table...that is when you just begin....
But I just wanted to say hello, and welcome..
We are very diversified, come from all over, with all kinds of backgrounds...
I am probably who most consider the class clown,...I love to laugh, and love to see others giggle as well..it is good medicine..
I usually post alot, but this week or so has been slow...I just felt so bad, and trying to get my strength back together..
It's working, and coming along, so it won't be long before I am back in the swing of things with my.
So take a look around, ask all the questions you have, stay a while...laugh a little, vent when you need to..we all have those days...share your concerns, and all your victories also..every one of those count, no matter how big or small...
Again...welcome to our group...we are one of the most active you can find...I love my DS family...I am betting you will too....
You will here us refer to the losers bench...that is where we are when we go post-op...it means we have crossed over and are in the real fun part of GBS, even on those days we feel like crap..
So when you here someone, like me for example, say they are a loser, tthat is a good thing....
By the way...I know Marietta Ga well...I use to visit there alot when I was a kid...we had an uncle who lived there, and we would come down in the summer to visit...we often stayed at Stone mountain, and camped but Uncle David would "steal us" for days at a time..I miss those simple days...~~sigh~~~.
Class of '10..
Gonna be is right about Shelly's website...
She is our resident receipe queen....
Amazing what she has...keeps us all from starving, and dying of boredom....
I also have tons of my own receipes for protein shakes...Nothing ever boring for me....
I have things like a snicker bar.
The milky way.
The elvis (peanut butter and bananas).
Peanut butter carmel.
Lots and lots to choose from...I just get creative....
Gotta drink them, so they may as well taste good....
I had the same problem a month after my.
, and it turned out I had developed a stricture. Don't go too long if you're not able to get liquids in, you'll get dehydrated. If your urine is very dark then you're not getting enough and should get to the ER right away so they can administer fluids and get you set up for an endoscopy to open it back up. Good luck to you, and welcome!.
Sorry to hear that you are having problems eating since your.
I would call your surgeon's office and tell them what is going on. I was on carnation instant breakfast drinks for the first three weeks after my.
In May before starting my soft Medifast food stage..
Your problems will end soon for you...
Hi, Just a thought on this. If there are no strictures. Are you taking somthing for acid ie:.
? Sometimes there is an increase in acid which initiates the nausea and then anything will trigger it. Check with you doc and ask him. Good Luck! I am so sorry you are having a hard time...
