Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
Thanks. I'm having a blast..
Sniff... It seems like only yesterday when I had to ask in a post what the heck a "NSV" is. (Non Scale Victory for any noobs out there)..
WTG Gordon. You make us all proud. I have a pair of 34 jeans but can't get my lard a$$ in them yet. Race ya!..
Great Job Gordan!!!!! you make me proud!!!! I have a whole closet full of clothes just hanging there. A lot of them are almost new.. I have 38's and 36At least I won't be out much $$$ as the weight comes off... When I get to 34's, I'll gladly spend the money. Haven't been in 34 since a soph. in high school!!!! (1969) Gordan, you are a great inspiration to me to hear of your NSV.......
It's amazing how this stuff affects us isn't it..
More fuel for the fire...
You're on, Steve! First to fit 34's buys a round. Water, course. Now that I think about it, the water I just used is on it's way downstream to you now..
Mule, you got that right. It's like a life makeover. Nancy admires how the guys board is so upbeat about our experiences as opposed to a lot of the other boards. I love to hear of other's successes too. Like you said, more fuel for the fire for us all..
Thank you. Been trying to figure that one out for a couple of months. Now I don't have to ask..
Fantastic job Gordon! It seems like you and your wife just started. Time flies, enjoy the ride!..
, Congratulations. I would bet the running has something to do with your.
Loss. When you run you have to tighten your core muscles for balance...hence a smaller gut. Keep on Truckin....
Ozonakid - Glad I could help. I remember thinking I was the village idiot for a while..
Thanks Damon. John - You think so? I better get off my butt and go for a run tonight. Thanks for the tip..
Great job Gordon, I was always wondering what "NSV" stands for, that's for clearing that up. I have a closet full of some of my older clothes that haven't fit in years, some almost new. Some of my best NSV moments are going through those clothes and to see if they fit. They all do now..
A few weeks ago I went out looking for a pair of new black slacks for a party at Mens Warehouse (No longer have to go to the Big and Tall shop) the slacks I wanted were a bit too pricey but when I went home I found a pair that I'd purchased a few years back that I never wore that now fit. Saved money and thus far one of my fav NSV moments. I am enjoying this ride...
Congrats Gordon! Your post just answered a question I was having. I've lost 30+ pounds in a month and a half, and just tonight was able to go from a 46 to a 44. (I'm 6'3 and 287 now BTW). Your story gives me the motivation to move forward, as I was wondering when the belly fat starts going. It seems to want to leave the thighs and my guns first!..
Size 36! That's Fabulous..
Can't wait to see your new profile pic when you update it...
