Got a question... Does anybody know any free iPage web hosting with domains like www.domain.com? Thanks for any answer or 2. 2nd question I got is.. HELP! My client does not want all of the product images to be an absolute size. He wants a set width with the height adjusting according to the aspect ratio of the image itself. Has anyone actually done this and how did you do it? I need to fix this, this weekend, so PLEASE HELP ME!..

Yup, but... you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm this as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you contact the iPage guys because they can answer your iPage question better...

Ok. I installed version 1.3 of that perfectly. now all the images are their actual size. at least the ratio works, but how do I set a universal width of 80 pixels that they all adjust to?.

Example:.

I WILL PAY ANYONE $50 TO FIX THIS FOR ME. I NEED IT DONE BY 12PM PACIFIC TOMORROW!..

Easy, go to your admin -> Configuration -> Images.

Small Image Width set it to 80.

Hope that helps!..

Thanks. but doesn't work. that's why I want someone to go in and actually fix it for me. must be a trusted emmber of this forum who won't run off with my login/pass and abuse it...

In admin on the same page as "Small Image Width", is your "Calculate Image Size" set to true?..

I set it to false to test. all images are still shown at fullsize. can soemone go into m html_output.php file and fix this?..

Better yet. i'll post the contents of html_output.php when I get home...

HERE IS WHAT I HAVE:.

Images  .

Title  Value  Action.

Small Image Width  99  .

Small Image Height  99  .

Heading Image Width    .

Heading Image Height    .

Subcategory Image Width    .

Subcategory Image Height    .

Calculate Image Size  true  .

Image Required  false  .

Constrain Proportions  true.

It makes all of my images one size and proportional...

Yeah. none of that affects the size. I think my html_output file is jacked up. I will restore it to the original version and then see if it works. if not, i'll be back here...

I tried to install this contribution but ich cant find the function "tep_image"..

Please help me...

You might not want to go to the trouble, but if you look at the "easypopulate data file tools" contribution, you will find a script that will scan through a set of images and resize them in whatever way you like..

It would certainly fix your problem, but as I say, you might not want to go to this trouble - it's not an "instant fix". By the way, I'm going to update this soon - I've found that it prints a lot of warnings under some configurations / versions of PHP. It works ok though so the warnings can be ignored..
