Of course! but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm it as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Medifast guys because they can help better...

First refuse lunch with her...problem solved...you must make the decision to get a grip on your life...others will ALWAYS ALWAYS have Medifast food in your face...I live with the piggie twins...but I know that Medifast food is NOT my life...it is just fuel for the body, like gas for my car....

The longer you go, the more you realize just how little it really means..(food)..

As much as I love pasta, and fried chicken, and well, all the other yummy southern goodies...I never ever have issues with it..not any of it..

There are too many good things now in my life, to even consider myself being deprived over food....

And still too many good things to eat that are bariatric friendly....

Tonight I am having baked Ricotta..(shelly's receipe) it's like a marinara lasagna with no noodles...I am so looking forward to it, as it's the cheesy stuff I am so crazy for in lasagna...not the noodles..they are just fillers...I am however gonna add some ground chicken to mine...yummy!!!..

How much weight do you think you can gain between now and Dec 22? You really just have to lok at the alternatives and make the decision that you feel will get you to your goal..

If your goal is to be healthy, eat clean and.

Exercise.

, you make one set of choices. Some Drs will cancel the.

Surgery.

, if you gain a certain amount, so I would definitely talk to your Dr., your nut, and possibly a counselor to get prepared for your new life..

BTW it's only as new as you decide it will be. Many people gain weight after.

Surgery.

, depending on the decisions they make from day to day....

Don't deny yourself within reason... Honestly, I was NEVER told to not eat before the.

Surgery.

Which cost me a huge amount of discomfort postoperatively! The rationale is to help 'shrink' your organs and to make the.

Surgery.

Easier for you as well as the surgeon..

If I had it to do over again and had been told to follow x, y, z I would've just because I'm kinda like that and well, it's in my best interest. With that said, I still would've figured out one more scoop of, 'It's a Goody' icecream by Doublerainbow somehow ;).

And don't let your boss interfere with your success... She's definately not helping you therefore, move on. This is about you :).

You'll be fine, hang in there!.

Hey, I did the same thing, but I also had to go on the.

Liquid diet.

For two weeks before.

Surgery.

Just the protien and such. I still lost almost 15 pounds. Your doctor should be the one to counsel you on what to do. Good luck, and God Bless!..
