Yep, but you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm it as I am not completely sure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Medifast guys because they can answer your Medifast question better...

CLAP,CLAP,CLAP! It is just frustrating like watching a pot of water boil. At first you see the bubbles forming around the edge and you're like any second now and then bam 5 minutes later they do. You will probably skip right to like 297 or something. Good thoughts being sent your way...

Friday - 300.2#.

For years, 296# was a stuck point for me. I thought that was the fattest I would EVER get..

I think my body remebers this terrritoty and is holding on for dear life, of course thinking I am starving, and working overtime to save me!..
