If everything is setup correctly, you should enter statues/dragons/g099.jpg as the path. You may need to make it images/statues/dragons/g099.jpg..
I have the same problem. After FTPing, my product images are in:.
/public_html/catalog/images/cestas/cesta_mod_01.jpg and so on.
And I am not able to get them connected to the products in the Categories/Products page. I keep getting the IMAGE DOES NOT EXIST message..
I have tried almost everything. The permissions are set to 777..
I also moved the files to the previos folder: /public_html/catalog/images/ and tried, but I will never obtain results. How can this be so strange? If someone ever finds out please tell me..
After following the advice in the knowledge base, I had exactly the same problem. When I entered the foldername/filename.gif into the admin screen it just showed filename.gif so the images never showed up..
I got round it by going into phpMyAdmin and altering the database directly, editing the filename.gif on the product table back to foldername/filename.gif.
When I came back to the admin screen, the proper path was displayed and the images appeared..
Hope it works for you..
Simon. I have gone inside the phpMyAdmin today for the first time in my life and dont have clue... Would you be so kind to modify this for me? If you send me email to antonio.martinez at itp.es I would send you the temporary admin user and password. Thank you very much in advance...
If you open a browser and type in.
, do you see the image?.
As the Topic saz..
I need help with uploading my images to a specific folder..
I can upload images and everything works. They just end up in Images folder..
I would like to have them in some subfolders. ****/Images/Statues/Dragons/Image.jpg..
With an ftp uploader, you can drop them anywhere you want!..
