Yep, although you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm it as I am unsure of myself. Better yet, why don't you contact the iPage guys because they can give you help better...
I have tried this and it dont seem to work for me, I dont know what I'm doing wrong. it will only is cancatenate one cell as for I need to do 21,000 cells. When I try to drag it down like you stated, it only does the first cell in the selection...
Copy and paste the formula for the rest of the cells..
You have to grab the black box (the handle) in the lower, right-hand portion of the first cell, after you've entered the formula..
Once you grab it, drag it down the column - it will fill in the rest of the cells with the correct values..
I have over 21,000 items that I am adding to my site. the image name is the exact same as the product_id. SO what I did was copy the product_id into the image row. Now I need to add .jpg to all 21,000 plus images. there is no way I can do this manually. does anyone know how to add them all in excel at once...
In an empty cell, enter the following equation:.
Then drag the cell down the list..
This will take the contents of cell A1 and concatenate the .jpg suffix to it..
Hope that helps!.
