First question I got is Does anyone know which diet plan is better? Nutrisystem, Nutra-Systems or Herbal Life? Hoping for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Do I have to eat all the food? I hate veggies, is there a substitute? Will I loose weight if I don't drink all the water? I don't like exercise, can I just not use the remote for the TV? How many calories are burned while typing? I weighed myself twice today and gained 3 pounds from this morning!! What am doing wrong? Should I move my mid morning snack to a pre-lunch appetizer? Is beer allowed? I am waisting time each day by counting calories, but I can't find on my meal planner where I should be logging my daily calories. I am spending $300 a month on Nutrisystem but I think I should be able to choose what parts of Nutrisystem I should follow and what I shouldn't, I mean I know what works best for me, right?.

Or should I just follow the plan?..

Yes sir! but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm my answer as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you help better...

It seems to me that if you really knew what works best for you, you wouldn't have coughed up $300 to NS. You'd have taken care of this a long time a go. Face the music and dance - or don't - you do get to choose. Just don't expect the same results if you alter the program...

The Plan:.

1. Heart beats avove 0 per minute..

2. Breathing on a regular and continious basis..

3. A satisfying BM about once per day, give or take..

4. Eating a healthy meal 3X and a healthy snack 3X per day..

5. Continuing the plan for a long long time...

Actually, when I first read this, I was a bit irritated, but then I realized it was meant sarcastically, and I think it is funny! You so totally captured the tone of some recent whiner, writers, that I just grin!.
