Ask them if sessions are stored in a shared folder or change the last line in both catalog/includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php.

My iPage site is not gi live yet but accidently iPage hosting company replaced with the old one for some time and ppl started 2 place order that didnt go through offcourse..

I am logged in with my dummy acctnt an dthen I logged out. after one minutes. it tells me welcome TOM, .... on index.php page (main page)..
I see that a guy from alabama has created an account. I have all his info, address etc..... at checkout page..
It has definately freak me out....please tell me whats wrong with my store. the only thing that is set to true on my session area of admin is prevent spider sessions. recreate session is False..
Please help.. I am freaked out big time.....
Could be your host has the files/sessions stored in a shared folder with other people who have osc?..
