Question I have... Does Nutrisystem have a weight limit? Thanks in advance for any response. Another quick question... Hey Everybody,.

Thought I would drop by to check in and report on my progress..

I've passed the 60 pounds lost mark and still losing, which is good. The not so good part is that the loss has slowed way down. I should say that it's probably at a more appropriate pace, (2-3 pounds per week), but it's easy to get used to losing 7 or 8 pounds per week..

I actually think I might be working out too much for my caloric intake, even though I supplement with protein shakes and extra food on big effort days, I lose slower in stretches of days with lots of workouts. I can do so much more now and the working out is a pleasure like it hasn't been for years. I'm doing a lot of cycling, mixing in lap swimming, and do some weight training 3 times a week. I'm even about to start doing some boxing, something I've always wanted to do but never did..

On the NSV front, I captained my company's team in a recent MS Ride bicycle ride. Since we had a wide variety of rider skill and fitness we only did the 30 mile ride, but I felt so strong and fit it was great. I do a 30-50 mile ride at least once a week, but it is usually solo, so it's very interesting to compare your fitness level with others, especially when it turns out to be way better than expected..

Also, I donated all my fat clothes. So those 42's that I was wearing below my gut because they were way too tight are all gone. I still have a lot of 40's that I can wear but those are getting pretty loose. I have a few 38's that fit nicely but I'm going to have to go clothes shopping very soon. Also, the real surprise has been my shirts. My old 18.5 and 18 inch neck shirts bag on my, to the point that I almost can't wear them.

I could go on and on, but the point is that I'm very happy with the changes I've made in my life, and how my life has transformed in just a few short months. Probably the biggest plus is that not only do I have a lot more energy for my little sons, but I feel that my taking control of my health means that I will be around to see all the important milestones in their lives..

Hang in there everyone, this is one trip that is well worth it!.

You betcha! but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm it as I am unsure of myself. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer you better...

Way to go, BEAR!! A 2-3 lb/week loss rate is very good. That will give you a reliable 10lb/month, which is cool. Thanks for sharing your transformation stories! Having experienced a lot of the same, I share your excitement! I still marvel how effecitve Nutrisystem and exercise is to totally change your life for the better. If I had known it was this good, I'd have done it years ago..
