Of course! however you might want to make sure and wait for another person to confirm this as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you ask the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you an answer better...
I ate 400 calories of candy and then got on the bike and rode off 400 calories. Even Steven...
I ate 3 pieces out of my son's bag and then told my wife to hide the bag. I will not have any more, I've been working way too hard to start blowing it for 2 seconds of pleasure.....
Handed candy out but didnt taste a single piece. Around 10:30 I gave the last kid the rest of the bag which was a substantial haul for him since I only had about 20 trick or treaters all night long. Pretty sure I made his day...
We had well over 100 of the little monsters come to our door. I handed it ALL out! (Well, except for just 1).
I've decided to take preemptive action against the holidays. Before going to a Halloween party last night I bought these:.
Jelly Belly Jelly Beans: 80 calories for 35 pieces (sugar free & no fat).
York Peppermint Patties: 80 calories for 3 pieces (sugar free & 3.5 grams of fat).
Baskin Robbins Hard Candy (Cookies & Cream and Mint Chocolate Chip): 40 calories for 4 pieces (sugar free & 1 gram of fat).
I brought a little of each candy in a sandwich bag and ate that instead of regular candy at the party and made friends w/ the veggie tray (also had a piece of the toast/crackers with spinach dip and cheese). I also brought Nutrisystem snack and entree in case I got too hungry or stayed longer than I had planned..
I plan on taking the same preemptive approach for the rest of the holiday season. Hope it works!..
Purchased candy that my wife and I wouldn't eat and give all of it away!.
No candy for you!.
Handed the candy out. Normally I would have had 2 or 3 myself. This year 0!!!!..
