I know myself well enough to KNOW that I'd rapidly regain if I went off Nutrisystem entirely, so I've started my long-term plan of 5 days/week, with weekends free to do whatever stooopid thing I want to. I was REALLY stoopid this weekend. Went from 193 Fri am to 201 Mon am..
I hope to get it off by Thursday weigh-in so not to break my unbroken streak of no upticks in my ticker. I most emphatically need to keep my weigh-ins under 200 for this year..

Alright so you have had a few bad weeks. Drink a gallon of water and refocus yourself on your trips to the bathroom. We all fall off from time to time. Just refocus yourself and move forward...
I personally just didn't ever get back on track at all this time and now I have 2 1/2 full BBB's sitting in my kitchen untouched. So I am officially restarting today. My work and childcare schedule completely eliminated my opportunities to go work out at the YMCA, so yesterday I bought a nice, practically brand new elliptical machine (which is mainly what I used at the Y) for $75. I also have about 100 pound of weights at the house, which is plenty for my weak butt right now..
So anyway, here's to restarting!..

I have been proceeding very carefully as I have begun maintenance mode. I just know there is fat person waiting to pop out again..
One things that has really helped me is to weight myself everyday and make I continue recording my weekly updates on both the Nutrisystem and W8Book sites. Something about being accountable..
So far, so good...but the journey will never really end..

If you fall off the bus, be it during weight loss or maintenance, first roll out the way so it doesn't run you over, then run like heck to get back on. Seriously, the quicker you recommit, the less damage done and the easier to recover. At the end of the day just remember, the program works, follow the program...
