First of all Does the Medifast Diet actually work? ? Looking forward for any response. Another question I got... Other topics will be discussed that may not be appropriate for the easily offended..

Please discontinue reading Tough Love threads if they are going to cause you to become upset.

Medifast is a wonderful program with many different types of support and a fabulous community. We understand that everyone is an adult and this is not a "mean" group. For some of us, we thrive on this program if we have a place where we are held accountable, where we commit to the program 100% and where we have a place to chat with others who feel the same..

What we believe:.

1. Cheating on Medifast is NOT a strategy to get us out of our fat suits.

2. The only way for us to learn about our problems with food is to take the word "choice" out of the equation when it comes to Medifast. Our only "choice" is 5 packets and 1 weighed and measured lean and green a day.

3. We look to those who have been successful with this strategy to continuously remind us about why this way, for us, is the way to go.

4. We believe that, even though we are completely committed, knowing that we have a group that holds us accountable for our actions is both useful and important.

We commit to:.

1. Remove the word "choice" from our vocabularies.

2. Follow the Medifast plan as written, including transition and maintenance.

3. Tell our "inner brat" to shut the H-E-** up and quiet him or her through abstenance from off plan foods.

4. Give and receive tough love without complaining or calling each other "mean".

5. Cheerlead fellow group members as they follow the path to thinness.

6. Make Medifast the LAST diet we ever go on.

7. Check in with the group as often as our schedule reasonably allows.

8. Be honest with ourselves and our Medifast family and to stay 100% OP at all times. We also swear that WHEN (not if) we are having a tough time and feel like we may eat SLUDGE, to come to our Medifast family first and ask for support and help to get us through the struggle..

Ye, although you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm my answer as I am unsure of myself. Better yet, why don't you email the Medifast guys because they can give you help better...

Morning Steph..

Too big to post the image here, but this should bring giggles..

Canned unicorn meat, rainbow farts not incluced..

MT, I wonder if they'll make an Medifast version of that, for our buddies over on MFC? It will have to have Cheeze Whiz, of course...

Well, we can put a request in and see what happens. Certainly sounds viable...

So, here's my rant of the day: That Ad for Dear gawd, that has got to be one of the most offensive commercial campaigns I've ever seen. I wouldn't do business with those people from either side of the employment equation under any circumstances - nobody with an ad campaign that irritating can possibly be smart enough to pay money to...

I think I like the can specifications:.

# 14 ounces of delicious unicorn meat, canned for your convenience.

# Imported from a small independent cannery in County Meath, Ireland.

# Crunchy horn bits in every bite - an excellent source of Calcium.

# Tastes like rotisserie chicken but with a hint of marshmallow sweetness.

# Easily spreadable for sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, and more.

# Sparkly meat lends the unmistakable air of class and sophistication to your parties.

# Unlike other meats, unicorn fat is polyunsaturated and lowers your LDL cholesterol.

# Not yet approved by the USDA or FDA, but the nuns have eaten it for centuries and they're healthy as horses..

Oh is this another "I'm glad I don't watch TV" moment?..

My only concern is that I'm pretty sure I saw a rule somewhere that eating unicorns makes something Really Bad happen. I think it was on a Harry Potter movie. It was a truly dire outcome, but I can't remember quite what it was...

Good morning Steph and MT.

I watch way too much tv, but I avoid commercials, I'll have to go search that one on Youtube..

Heading to Curves after I do my morning kid drop off, then doing some housekeeping, fun times...

That is about the dumbest commercial I've ever seen. Not really the right feel for a job search, I'm with you Steff wouldn't use it from either way...

Good morning and thanks, MT for the giggle! I love that it's a great source of sparkles! We can all use more sparkles! That is, as long as they're not in our signatures, right?.

I was crazy busy after work last night. I got the little one off the bus and took her out to a local favorite place of hers for a treat over homework. I enjoyed a coffee while she enjoyed her treat. I figured she'd go to the Y with DH, but he got home, changed quick and was off. He just figured sincfe she was already with me... We had fun, though.

I didn't get back and relax until almost 8:30 pm!.

Off to get her on the bus. I'll check back later...

Steph, we saw that commercial the other day and Marc said, "What the hell was that even FOR?" We had to see it again to understand what it was. Agreed. Not a service I'd use to look or to find...

Haven't seen that commercial yet I'll have to look out for it - although stupid commercials are a dime a dozen!.

Got my new iphone yesterday!.

Last night I went to a Medifast support group at a local doctor's office. Suffice to say it was an eye opener to doing Medifast WITHOUT the benefit of these boards. One woman has been on maintenance since before xmas (on Medifast since April 2010) and doesn't drink any of the hot drinks because of the lumps. I explained to her how to make it into a paste....... and thought "oh, honey" [did anyone see "How I Met your Mother" the other night?].

Got up late, be back later. No chopped tofu...

Good morning Steph, MT, Anna, Penny, Sugar..and everyone simulposting and all you wonderful TLers still sleeping...etc. etc. EVERYONE!.

***Cannot*** believe that commercial!! Thanks for the link, Steph. We DVR everything, so I never see commercials. I'm so used to the ability to pause & rewind (even when watching 'live' TV) that I try and do it on the car radio when I missed a comment, or rewind the traffic report..

No more chopped tofu for me...gotta get to werk...hopefully CU there!..

LOVE my DVR! I rarely watch TV that's not recorded. I caught that one in the gym this morning. Sheesh. I mean, it's one thing to KNOW those folks are p!mps and hos, but to celebrate it? Really?..

Good morning tl'ers.

I have to look for that ad too... surprised I haven't seen it yet...

My rant for this morning... Hubby on elliptical when he knows I go on every morning.... errrr now I'll be late for work.....

I love How I Met Your Mother! Katy Perry did a really great job in that role..

I'm off to work today. I think my little girl gave me her sickness, but I'm jumping at the chance to get out of the house. Mike has home duty today..

Have a good day, everyone!..

I hope you get your work out in.

Enjoy your time out.

That's so interesting, this board is such a big help..

Good morning peeps..

Dragged my sorry butt out of bed this morning and forced myself to Zumba. Once I got going, I was fine, but getting out of my nice warm bed is the hard part. It's easier in the summer when it's just too hot to sleep anyway. Anyway, it's done. No I just need the coffee to kick in..

Steph - Uh, yeah. <shaking head> That might be one of the worst I've seen in a long time..

MT - LOL at the unicorn meat..

Waving to everyone else. No chopped tofu...

MT - thanks for the unicorn laugh. I think the sparkles is a big selling point. Although I do have to wonder what the "Really Bad" thing is that will happen if we eat them. The nuns do seem fine..

Anna - I love seeing your ticker in onederland. Yay for you..

De - Zumba...morning.... you're a good woman..

Sugar - Just think, they will all think you are a genius because you know all of the "tricks" to make Medifast work..

Conner - Hope you don't get the sickies. My little one was sick too. Today is back to school day for him. I'm sure it'll be a breeze... lol.. NOT!.

I'll have to watch the commerical later. I'm with you girls, we DVR everything. So great to skip the commercials..

Okay, time to get the little up and ready. Let the whining begin. Wahoo!!! (Oh, the whining will be me most likely)..

Have a great OP day. Enjoy your unicorn. I expect to see a slew of Medifast approved unicorn recipes here today...

Hi... feeling better now that elliptical is done... I have to say that being late for work is not a big deal.... We have a family business so if my dh makes me get on the elliptical late it only hurts him...

Having my shake and off to work...

I hope everyoe has a great OP day.

Good Morning! Just drinking some coffee, catching up on the local TV news and getting ready for Chalean. Seriously, if I see another story about Lindsey Lohan and that necklace...*eye roll*.

Unicorn meat tastes good...pork chops taste good! (Pulp Fiction).

That's all I've got, still sleepy. See everyone later!!..

Morning TL'ers.

I love morning exercise, I am ready for spring so I get my 5 am walk in.....Right now my lunch time at the fitness center with DD is fun, but, I just really like it first thing..

We don't have dvr-we do on demand sometimes, we actually don't turn the tv on much, it is all junk anyway..

Sorry about the sick kids-don't miss those days (connor-hope it is just a fly by for yo and you don't end up really sick).

MT-Love the unicorn meat, if they give the cheez whiz for free, I will be looking for it.....

Penny-No sparkles in our sig.

Steph-That commercial is just wrong.....I mean really wrong.

Sugar-Reviews on the iphone please.

Morning De, Jan, Cindy, Sherry, Anna..

Steph (Corbie) that is the worst commercial ever..

Penny, I'm glad we don't allow sparkles in our sigs. I prefer to leave them to the unicorns myself..

Morning! I have had my coffee and I'm ready to cause mayhem...

Caught up from last night, thanks for more jean ideas guys..

Ugh my eyes! Just for that I'll go away for the rest of the day...

Oh, Lynne - that was just mean..

I saw the best little sign yesterday. I really should have bought it. But I thought I'm creative enough to steal the idea for my own sign. It was in a big display of coffee-related items. It said, "I drink coffee for your protection." I love that!..

Morning losers. (And I say that in the nicest way!). I didn't read yesterday's thread, but thought I'd jump in and say hi today..

Those of you with sick kids, I hope they don't share it with you! Anna, great on the exercise! Some pain is very good pain..

So, my DH told me yesterday to get my passport form in, we are going to Europe!!! It started out as visiting his best friend in Naples Italy for a week. We are up to 2 weeks, flying in to London or Scotland, taking the Chunnel, going through France and into Italy possibly on the Eurotrain. I am so excited!!! We are supposed to nail down some details tonight. Did I mention how much I love you hubby? Oh and that I'm so excited?? does jumping up and down count as exercise?.

Oh, and De, go eat. Love you babe..

I'll check back later...

I aman old Batt! Yes, I am. My condition was described to me thus: you are like an old batter: you lose your charge very quickly and take a long time to recharge..

Was up about 5 mins. yesterday- still taking pill. Not even that today. Not bummed, just determined to work with it..

I woke up late today, but when later I looked at the clock I was astouinded it wans't afternoon yet..

Enjoy those muscles, TLers..

Congratualtions, Anna, on being in Onderland where you belong..

Blogs ridiculous this AM. Didn't stay long and will avoid all stupid commercials too. Thanks for the heads Up about them..

Enjoy your day OP, Tlers. I am. I downleaded a new bood yesterday from amazon and I'm lost in it, which is just what I need right now..

I love you all..

Have fun planning your trip Linda-sounds like so much fun......I am such a chicken to be adventurous in my travels, but, we are working on that..

Beth-Feel better, relax and enjoy the rest of your book..

Linda, that sounds like a vacation of a lifetime! My dad was from Germany and I've always wanted to go. Enjoy planning! How exciting!.

Beth, enjoy your book. You can still bask in the glory of the week and your accomplishments! Medifast is truly a miracle worker! I had the pleasure of losing myself in a book recently. It'd been ages since I'd read something that wasn't food- or fitness-related. I am THIS close to finishing This Time Together by Carol Burnett. I love her - always have - and now I have such a deep respect for her after reading about some things she's struggled with. Love her love her love her! Besides, my big sister has always reminded me of her..

My hair is on my last nerve today and I can't wait for that cut on Saturday. I'll be all freshly primped when I give my hubby his gift(s!)!..

Ya know what staying on plan gets a person? A 5.6 pound woosh! Such a nice gift to myself the morning I leave for Maui.

Sorry to those of you with sick kiddos-that stinks!..

Congrats and have the most fun......Cannot wait to hear all about it...

Happy Hump day TL'ers.

It's been a long day and I'm headed for a nap..

I hope I don't have nightmares over that commercial. Canned unicorn? Doesn't it taste like chicken?..

Sassy that is a great REWARD have a FABULOUS time in hawaii..

Wohoo Sassy! Have a great time! Can't wait to hear all about it!.

As I was driving to work today, I was thinking about MT's unicorn blog. And a funny thought came to my head... My ex husband sometimes drives his girlfriend's car. Now, keep in mind they are both in their late 40's. Anyway, she has a pretty nice car, but she is totally into unicorns. And I mean TOTALLY into unicorns.

On the back window in huge white pretty letters it says "Lady Unicorn". And the license plate says unikhorn..

I was thinking about it and thought, okay, so you're a grown woman who is really, really into unicorns. Okay. A little odd, but whatever. But my ex. He is a grown man, driving that car around. With all that unicorn crap on it.

Isn't that eerily similar to "eunich horn"? Lordy, I bet he gets a ration of crap from his friends..

On a happy note, I am wearing my husband's shirt to work today. It's a long sleeved button down shirt. I have always wanted to be one of those women who can wear their husband's shirt, but I was always too fat. Not now. It's even really big on me. A nice belt, black leggings and boots, and I'm really quite stylish...

Sassy, wonderful whoosh!!! Yay for you!!!.

Books at my side:.

The Primal Blueprint.

Anti cancer, A new Way of Life.

The Diet Cure.

,(about using aminos and supplements, not a "diet" book),.

Women Food and God.

Can we live 150 years?.

Obviously, I need to find a "fun" book!!.

Beth, enjoy your day recharging! You continue to amaze me, and I'm sending positive energy to you every day!!..

Good morning all!.

I hate it sometimes when the weather forecast is rightwe're on our second round of winter nasty today. Once again, my school is closed, DH's school (where he works) is closed, and to add insult to insults: my deep tissue massage has been canceled. Now THAT is simply unacceptable..

I guess I'm going to have to do some productive studying today. Blargh. That was the plan anyway... but I had my massage to look forward to!.

Due to my indiscretion this week I woke up hungry today, so I just finished my L&G for breakfast: shrimp spinach salad. I'm going to reconsider eating raw spinach for ALL my green in the future, that was a little hard to get down all at once. Otherwise the day is off to a great start..

No chopped tofu!..

Thanks everyone! I'm as happy for 5.6 pounds gone as I am to go to Maui.

Yay for an on plan vacation!!.

Penny, I love that coffee quote...

Morning TL'ers!!.

Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day but I was given the gift of 249.9 on the scale this morning!!! UNDER 250 for the first time in at least two and probably three years! Woooo Hoooo!!.

Anna - how are you feeling on your second day in Onederland? Do you feel different? Are you pinching yourself??.

Sassy - have a wonderful time in Maui. I love Maui. Congrats on the big whoosh!!.

Penny - didn't you already just get a new hair do?.

Beth - you've had tremendous success! And a good attitude about a day that hasn't met your expetations and hopes. Sounds like your illness and recovery - like Medifast - is not always predictable, but you just have to take it a day at a time and trust the process. I'm thrilled that you've had some recent bursts of energy and activity!.

Cindy - glad you got your elliptical done. Funny how much better your attitude was after you had your workout!.

De - your zumba workout this morning has inspired me. I hope to do a DVD workout today too. Unfortunately right now there are three teenage boys sleeping in my living room. Ah snow days!.

I know I've missed people. Hello to EVERYONE!.

If you see someone floating by on a cloud it's me -..

Ticker, yo - check it..

I left my old lady bifocals at home. Spending the next 45 minutes driving there and back. Yay, me!.

Hugs and smootches, and more later!..

Tracey, no I was just looking for hair style ideas - my appointment is Saturday in the early afternoon. So Saturday looks like workout, hair appointment, drop off the kiddo, then date night with hubby!..

What a yummy day!!.

FREYA!!!! - THREE pounds to go. Man oh man oh man oh man..

I was telling a friend last night that I was studying up on maintenance NOW because I want to be prepared when I get there. As I was saying it I realized that in my 52 years of life, this is the first time that I was confident enough in actually reaching a goal weight to even consider studying up on maintenance. I guess I went into every other weight loss attempt defeated from the start - without even really realizing it. Sorta like a prenuptual agreement, huh? I'm certainly LOVING the very real hope I have now - thanks in large part to all of you!!..

Checked OMG wowzer.......Hard to believe Freya.......Just amazing..........

Can't wait for pics Penny-I love it when people get new do's and cannot wait to hear hubs reaction to everything...

YAY!!! sorry you have to make a drive to get your glasses..

Enjoy your date!.

I just missed my dh on skype by 10 minutes and he has a roommate now who must be on the cpu b/c I was typing messages. I wish the dude would just type back, hey this isn't Eric...

Freya, huge congratulations!! I remember when you're amazing and a true inspiration!!..

Cheri, congrats on the shirt! Sounds like a great outfit!!!.

Sassy - OMG whoosh indeed - watch out Hawaii here you come!!!!.

Linda - lovely trip, sounds amazing. Enjoy!.

Rachel - I am crying with you about that massage. Seriously..

TKD is a gigantic loser. Seriously. That's awesome...

OMG. I just booked my airfare. It's really real..

I promise I won't eat sludge...

Ugh. Having a horrible day. I feel fat and gross and ugly and if one more thing happens I think I'm going to implode. I want wine! Red wine. Badly. Talk me down...

It won't help. I know it feels like it will, but when the wine wears off, whatever it is will still be just as bad. And what's worse is that if you're FEELING this way now, a drink will just make you MORE emotional, not less..

Go take a walk. Work out. Take a nap. Smack the husband, kick the dog, whatever... but stay out of the wine...

Worst commercial eva!!!.

Freya!! Awesome! You are almost there!!!!! So proud of you!..

It won't be quite the same connor ponnor, but maybe a diet soda will help a little..

You are going to feel soooo much worse after the wine wears off. Maybe you can go to bed early tonight. Tomorrow will be a much better day, I promise!..

OK, so I'm sitting in a meeting and I got this automated notice that one of my servers has failed a run audit. Because I have non-compliant breadcrumbs. You have GOT to be kidding me. Who on earth makes this stuff up?..

Sorry, Steph, there are no compliant breadcrumbs on the 5&1. I know you're in maintenance, but perhaps you're spending too much time with us and the system is getting confused..

Connor, honey, I'm sorry your day sucks. I remember all too well the feeling that if only I could get *really full* on a bowl of chili w/ cream cheese, that all would be right in my world. Well, all was "right" in my world right up to 235 pounds on that strategy. Failing strategy. Did not make it better. What did make it better? White-knuckling through the sh1tty times and forcing myself to develop other strategies for dealing with sh1tty times. Big hugs for you, and hang in here.....

Connor: also, from what I can see of you, you are a beautiful woman and no weight could make you gross and ugly. Sure, I'll give you fat (aren't we all?), but you're still gorgeous. {{{{{hugs}}}}}..

Back from the gym with DD.......I am just loving this time with her..

Connor-We all have those days......And we all had really bad coping skills (That is why we are all friends here now)..........One thing that has helped me in this journey is when I am feeling that way I take the time to get out a nice wine glass.....I put a wedge of lime on the side, I might even put a bit of splenda on the rim....I take my time then I slowly fill it with flavored seltzer water........By the time I sit down in a darkened room with my glass with noone around, my mind has eased.....It is all mental......

Penny- hair and Airfare all in the same week. Awesome. Are you going with the "Pixie"cut?.

Freya= awesome 3lbs to go!.

Cali- sorry to hear you didn't get to skype with the dh. Hugs!.

Sassy=have a great time in Maui..

Tkd-awesome job on the new decade..

Racheal- ask the dh for a deep massage. It is the hump day of the week after all..

Connor- YUmmmy! but not until you reach goal and then maybe a glass. SMell a cork. I love to smell food and not eat it..

"Go take a walk. Work out. Take a nap. Smack the husband, kick the dog, whatever... but stay out of the wine." LOve this!!!.

Okay I know I forgot some. Big Hugs to all!..

Unfortunately DH is not so good at muscle massage. The deep tissues that he is good at massaging will not help my sore back. *sigh*..

Connor- Sorry you are having a craptastic day. We all get them. I can offer up dirty jokes or a fantastic story about the library men's bathroom and a man in bra & underwear..

((((hugs)))) I like to lay in bed and scream til I feel better. I end up feeling goofy and laugh. Give it a whirl..

Chopped walnuts (i'm still lost about the tofu)..

Wine. Bad. Just thing will only make your boobs shrink FASTER!!!!.

All the loosers. YAY!.

And I would like to take the time for Medifast (and perhaps God) to give me strength throughout this day and not let me pass out from sleep exhauston until I get back home from class. Thank you!..

Man, just when I thought I was the lucky one in the family, NOT getting a cold... I feel like doo doo...

Penny hope you feel better.

Connor step away from the wine!.

I love the south, our schools are on a 2 hour delay tomorrow b/c we *might* get a trace to an inch of snow tomorrow am...

Aww. Sorry hon. Pop Airborne or Zicam or sumpin cause you got a big night coming up!..

Hey girlies. Question: How do you order a case of Medifast product? I want to order a case of hot cocoa and a case of brownies. How? How? How?.

Cheri, the only item I've seen available with case pricing are the ready-to-drink shakes. You'd just need to order 4 boxes (28 meals) of other items. Medifast Centers may offer cases - not sure. We don't have them in NY..

De. I have some Zicam Rapid Melts, but rarely take them because they taste sweet. I just looked up the nutrition info on them and there are no carbs in them so I have one melting rapidly now. And I'll have another in 3 hours..

Marc and Emma went to the gym and I stayed home on the couch. They're due home soon, and thankfully, I bought dinner pre-made. I've been keeping it warm for them in the oven. I don't even feel like having Egg Beaters. I might have a salad with some chicken...

As far as I've found, you can only order by the case on TSFL.

On there, each product has a "case pricing" link where you can order by the case. I just ventured over there, and while everything I've seen is that a case has 12 boxes, it looks like a case of shakes has 48 boxes and will run over $600! Eek. Anyway, take a look, I ordered a case of crunch bars to save some money on my next order...

Thanks Rachel. Holy cow, it is $167 for a case of hot cocoa and the same for a case of brownies. That is about $13.92 a box. Which is a savings of $1.58 a box, or $18.96 total savings per case..

I don't know if I love brownies that much; however, I do love hot cocoa that much. What to do.......

Ha ha! I suck. Here I am, a health coach and I never noticed the case pricing thing!..

Hi everyone. One of those days. Just wanted to check in to say all is ok. Have a great evening everyone. Thinking about all of you!..

Hello TL'ers.

Just popping in before going to bed..

Soooooo close Freya..

Connor just think about this - not only will the wine NOT make you feel better just getting back OP means fighting through the headaches again. So very not worth it. You can push through it..

Penny there's a late flu going around and hope you've not been exposed to it..

Trained on a new phone system today that's really cool. You can answer your calls from anywhere in the world and from any phone. Funny thing is - the computer program that we use to perform our daily business is from the dark ages......... go figure..

De - eat something!.

Watching a show called Pioneers of television. Mr Rogers, Romper room, Bozo the clown what memories!.

No chopped tofu...

Good evening TLers! Its been a longggggg but OP day. Things are looking up, today is the first day this week I didn't get bad news! AND I actually got some good news! I can't wait for tomorrow to be over and my 3 day weekend to start, I may sleep right through it..

Have a great evening and thanks for the daily support, info, and giggles!.

Thanks for the words, peeps...they got me through..

The day just got worse as it dragged on, but I did not have any wine. One, because I was at work and they frown upon that. And two, my husband hid it when I first started Medifast and I don't want it near badly enough to search. Plus, I think he drank it or regifted..

So I guess I owe him thanks. Even though he topped off my craptastic day with a dumbass move. He took our daughter to the doctor today, gave the doctor the wrong pharmacy address, so I had to drive all over the south metro to pick up her meds after finding out from our usual pharmacy that they didn't have any record of a prescription. When I finally got to the right (wrong!) pharmacy, they hand me pills. Not liquid, but bigass horse pills. Like our five year old can swallow a huge horse pill of amoxicillian.

Oh, well in that case, go with the wants of a 5 year old instead of using logic and realizing she has never swallowed anything bigger than a gummy bear. His solve? Have her chew it. Or hide it in a piece of cheese or banana like we do for our golden retriever. Good god..

Then, he leaves for the Wild game (NHL hockey, for you non-hockey fans) leaving me here to crush up pills and find things she'll eat to mix them with. Then I find out an old coworker is also at the a suite...sent me a text to join him but I am home....

... Where I have spent the past two hours building a rocket out of a Foldger's coffee container for our son's Valentine's Day party at his school. I really wanted to just hand him an empty Medifast pretzels box and say "Here, put your Valentine's in this. Put stickers on it to jazz it up a little." But I didn't..

Good girl, Connor. On the pills, the rocket, and the wine. Husbands can be idiots. It comes with the balls..

I'm going to head to bed very shortly, kids. I'm sick and I'm tired. Oddly, though, I'm not sick and tired. Totally OP today and ready to have a NyQuil (caplets) night. Love that giant Q...

Conner - What a.

Mom you are!!.

It wouldn't let me do the good and mom...too many images, you know, and the sparkle police are liable to arrest me. After your crapola day, the whole pharmacy/pill thing, hubs going off to have too much fun without you, you hung in there for your son. You are officially an angel!!!!.

In case your son is too young to realize...I'll say THANK YOU, MOM for him...

Connor - you get extra brownie points for taking care of everyone, not shooting your husband, and getting throught he day OP! I say go to bed early and put it all behind you. You can wake up victorious and to a day that just HAS to be better. Extra Atta Girl, for coming here BEFORE taking any off plan action..

Penny - feel better soon!..

Whoever was watching Pioneers of Television...thanks for the reminder. I had a couple episodes of that DVRd...DH watched & erased.

So, I just lined one up...not the one you described...I'll have to keep a lookout for it. I saw a little of the Johnny Carson, Jack Paar, & other late nighters and that's the one that's coming up next (episode 2 - yours must be episode 1)..

Congrats to all the losers!!! BIG losses this week. No chopped tofu or walnuts or anything - I'm totally brain dead. Didn't even get to peek in here today, so had a lot of catching up to do...a day without the TL thread is a day without sunshine, laughter, and spewing..

Nighty night, kids...

Today was my first day on Medifast and I have to say, that in some respects, it was a lot easier than expected. Definitely got tough a little closer to dinner. I found this group through a friend and I would like to ask the members of this group to show me some tough love when I need it..

I'm so ready to dig out the total hottie that is buried within me!!..
