First question I have is Does the Nutrisystem diet really work. how much is the food? Many thanks for any answer. Another question I got... When you wake up in the morning and realize that you've committed to this program and a healthy lifestyle - and you have to pack your food, make sure you're going to get your exercise in... what do you say to yourself to get you motivated?.

Do you say anything?.

I am trying a few on for size... but none have stuck yet...

Damn, I feel good today..

Seriously, that's how I start my day now. Helps me focus because, as I continue to work toward my goals, I feel leaner and fitter every day. Not just physically but psychologically as well since I don't give in to weakness and maintain my discipline. When I cheat, I feel diminished in my own eyes. Now, I strive to do whatever I can during the day so I can be incrementally better tomorrow in every way...

Hey Robert,.

Knee is doing great...well, as good as can be expected I guess. I still have moments of pain and soreness, but I guess it's just something I have to learn to live with. Not a lot of cartlidge left in there..

I am able to do my squats, so that is good..

And as long as I can play softball and get around the bases this summer....

I don't really have any that I use when I wake up..

But I hit the grocery store twice a week for fruits and veggies and yogurt. (I only buy 3-4 days worth at a time) I make a point of walking down the chips and ice cream and bakery aisles, no matter what, looking at all of the goodies that I'm NOT going to buy and just mentally say to myself "Thanks no, I'm choosing something better now." It's my own mental test/reinforcement ritual...
