Two days ago when I was developing the chrome tweaks wordpress theme I realized that using margin-top in css has no effect for Google Chrome and in Firefox and IE7 it worked fine! Spooky  Huh

Maybe that is one of few problems with Google Chrome. I believe Google will address your concern right away. I mean they won't let users switch back to IE just because of that. Let's just wait for it to be fixed. So far, I am satisfied with Google Chrome. I don't deal with margins that much.
