For those who have a greater swing speed, a great fairway wood. However, when you have a mid-low swing speed, steer clear. It will be simply a waste of cash. I personally get with regards to a 90mph swing speed while using driver, but swing harder, probably around 97-98mph, simply to get this
taylormade r9 fairway wood working. If I really pure the ball, I can get about 5 yards more than my driver (Titleist 909D2), but usually, I get about 210-215 using this club. And with the FCT (flight control technology), the club is suited for almost any player and can respond excellently. You just need to a high swing speed, this also club will perform wonders. Should you not, the club won't go more a hybrid. It did take some time to get used to but once you can swing it consistently, it is a club that will be in my bag a long time. Im also going to add the 5 wood as well while there is still a supply available.
