When we tested this Mizuno MP-53 Irons set we used the True Temper Dynamic Golf S300 and R300 for testing. This is one of our favorite steel shafts and it delivers with most every club we test with it. These irons proved to be exactly what Mizuno said they would be and players that have a lower handicap and tested them saw gains in distance and control. However, those with a handicap over 18 struggled with these irons a little bit. We did notice that these irons have a great crisp sound and the better players all commented on how good the feedback is at impact.
