No, nothing shows up. Not even orders completed in 2003. I've just purchased the site, so I've only had but 3 orders myself. However, the old owner had hundreds; they don't show up in customer orders..
About the db, do you mean the my_sql database?.
Yes, the sql database, orders_status should contain pending, updated, delivered, processing...

This tells me nothing at all. I just found this post on the forum, perhaps this is the problem:.
This happens if customer does not click "Continue" on the payment gateway page (If gateway has such button at all)..
By default OsCommerce registers completed order when cusomer returns to the shop AFTER completing payment and clicking some kind of "Continue" button (at least PayPal allows for this). If customer does not do this, your order remains in half-completed state until times out..
If so, how do I get the customers to follow through by clicking on "Continue?"..
You can change settings in youre Paypal account so customers will allways be redirected to youre iPage site at the end of the process even if they forget to click continue and leave the paypal site. You have to link this to CHECKOUT_SUCCES.PHPWhen a customer leaves the paypal process without clicking "continue" they will allways go back to this pages. After that you're orders will show up again...

Go to youre paypall account, log in and go to:.
Profile>website payment preferences..
Switch Auto Return to "ON" status and use as URL:.
(change youredomain.com in the name of youre own domain..
Use the SAVE button on the bottom of the page and youre problems should be solved..
I had the same problems and now they seemed to be solved...

I've had 3 customer orders in the past week, but when I go to admin and click on "Customer Order" to check on their orders and what they have ordered, I get this:.
Displaying 0 to 0 (of 0 orders).
Seems like a file is bad somewhere. If I knew which one it was, I could replace it..
This is frustrating because I have to email the customers and ask them what they've ordered. Not very professional..
Also, isn't the script supposed to send an email notification of orders placed?.

Are any other orders showing up? open the database and look at the orders_status table, see if anything is in there...
