First question I got is Has any one tried Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers? Which was better to follow? Thanks for any comment. Another question on my mind: Well tomorrow will be two weeks since I started the program and Im already down 16lbs. I havent really come across any major hurdles yet. The only major problem Ive experienced is running to the bathroom every 30 minutes or so because of all of the water I have been drinking. I sure hope that goes away soon. Honestly Im willing to stand in front of the urinal all day long if it means Im going to get this weight off...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

Believe me, many of us have asked ourselves the same question. In my case, I wasn't ready for it. But you're right, if you follow the plan, it's easy. Good start...

I really do believe now that you have to be ready to make the change to make it happen. I am only 9 days in but I can feel it getting a little easier to drive by the fast food places already. I think I am a major creature of habit and my habits they are a changing...

Hey Scott, what a great start to your program. I'm in the middle of week four and down 19. The water is killing me too, but well worth the hassel if the pounds keep going away!!!..

Great post, Scott! You're seeing the MAGIC of NS!! (No magic, just really, really good science, formulations, and packaging). I mean, any of us could have done it ourselves just by controlling what we eat. Yeah, RIGHT!.

Oh we didn't tell you? Having to walk to the bathroom every time you turn around is one way the program forces you to get some exercise..

Don't make the mistake of measuring yourself against others. We all gain and lose at different rates even if our adherence to the program were identical. Work the program and you will get leaner as your body sees fit...
