Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
It's the little things that mean a lot. Markers along the way that all add up to SUCCESS!! Congrats and keep it going, Cowboy!.
BTW Damon, I did not tell you,,,, youlook grat in your avatar. Is that a recent pict?..
Ah yes, those are amazing moments of reward for all the hard work you have put in..
Keep up the great work and continue to reap the benefits..
There is no such thing as a minor NSV. Every victory is one worth celebrating. Congratulations and keep up the good work...
Congratulations indeed!! Theres no such thing as a small NSV! I remember my first reclaimed article of clothing and it felt fantastic!..
I agree with steverhud and mesturge. There are no such thing as a minor NSV. Living (or hearing about) each of them encourages you (us) to stay the course..
A cyber fist bump to you!!!..
Yep what they said..
And guess what the small ones add up and all of a suddend, you're at goal! You can't see the daily changes, but others who only see you weekly/monthly or whatever surely can. So a shirt here and something else later adds up..
Congrats!!! Keep up the great work...
You hit on one of my many motivations for doing this. My mom gave me some very nice polo shirts last year but I they are too small for me without stretching them. I also got a shirt from Disneyland Hong Kong that a friend brought back for me. I'd love to wear them but I've got to drop at least 20 before they'll fit nicely. They all just hang there in the closet, in front of my face..
It's a minor thing overall compared to health and sex and all but they all add up...
I noticed today the brand new pair of Wrangler jeans I bought just before starting NS, and the fancy western belt $$$$$$$$$ I just bought is getting too loose to wear. My dear wife ain't gonna be happy about that expensive belt hanging around and not being worn. I will have to modify it. Good thing I do leather work................
While I've not had much trouble getting rid of the XXL, then XL shirts, 44, 42, 38 and now 36" waist pants, etc. I just haven't been able to jettison the belt my daughter gave me. First, it cost soooo much I couldn't believe it. And, secondly, my daughter gave it to me so it has special meaning to me. I'm not sure why I have this attachment to the belt but it might be because it really emphasizes how far I've come. It's huge on me now and I frequently underestimate the amount of difference between "then" and "now." It hangs in my closet as a testimony to both my daughter's love for me and the progress I've made in the past two years...
IMO there is nothing minor in the world of weight loss, it's just an important step to the next one. Keep at it!..
Can't you cut it? At the buckle end? (Reattach buckle)?..
