That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..
Well done!!! My office has bagels and muffins every Friday. I haven't had one since February 2009!!!!.
Wings look little and cute and harmless, but they are not!!.
And cole slaw masquarades as vegetables - but it is really fat fat fat!!!!.
Back away from the picnic food!!!!!!!..
Ahem. AT, there will be no encouragement of the enemy for the next month. you are supposed to say that wings are scrumptious and in fact are not that bad for you..
Now drop some glitter and then get out of the men's locker room...
'bye guys, I have to go home now...
Just lurking in the mens room but wanted to comment on the wings temptation. If you have ever made chicken wings at home and seen the resulting grease that comes out of the skin, you will never ever eat another wing!! I used to make them for parties (in the crock pot)..and the day after..when the grease has turned solid,etc...oh boy, was that an eye opener!! I have not been tempted since then...
Ok, now I will go back to my corner of the world!.
Sandy in IL..
Fridays @ work were always rough for me too. Where I worked they bought us doughnuts (dang big ones too!) and then for lunch we would all buy Culvers "Double Bacon Butterburger Deluxe Baskets" with along fries and large Cokes @ an estimated 1800 calories. It was tough to say no for the first few weeks but once you get into your groove the junk/fast food won't even smell good to you...
I found myself here by accient but feel compelled... I'm s school teacher our cafeteria makes the best grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was not just calling.. but SCREAMING my name when I made my way through the cafeteria today. However... I fixed a salad and enjoyed my black beans and rice in the teacher's lounge.
...sorry guys... I'll leave you be. I was raised with 3 brothers and I blame my weight on Mom's mashed potatoes and gravy!..
Wings are my trigger food and unfortunately my boys favorite food the hotter the better...
