Quick question... Have you ever been an employee at Nutrisystem/Weight Watchers? Thanks for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: After reading alot of the postings, I realized that I am not the only one to ever yo-yo diet my way through life. I have tried to many to name and lost then gained back (sometimes more). I recieved my food today and am a little confused on what food to eat besides the NS. Am I to think unlimited salad and if so is anything else unlimited?.

I am thinking of using the Meal Planner on-line to help me get started. The food actually doesn't look bad but I am sure the portion size will shock me. I am ready and after seeing all the weight being lost I just want to join in. I am 315 and would love to see the 200's again to start then work my way down to 215..

I think it is ironic that the pic of me is in front of a buffet, just go figure. HAHA..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Good luck booda. check the forums often - you will see succesess and post - they help keep you motivated!.

The food is actually pretty good! some things are so-so. you'll figure that out and fix it up for month two - what I plan to do....

Also, potobellas are your friend! grill them babys..

Thanks everybody for the help. Today went great and I am hoping to continue and also become a "big loser". The food was pretty good and it felt like I ate all day. Thanks again and I will keep posting...

Use the Nutrisystem plan to retrain yourself in proper eating. Pay attention to what works and they learn why that works so you can replicate it in a "real world" setting - like at a restaurant. If you're going to eating "lots" of anything - fresh veggies is a good choice. Log everything you eat. I'm also a big fan of measuring all the big ticket items I eat (protein and fats) I eat but lots of people here don't agree with me on that - they believe that they can accurately determine the weight of stuff using the naked eye. Well, I can't...
