Help with iPage web hosting. How do I get rid of the banner?

My 1st question is: Help with iPage web hosting. How do I get rid of the banner? Looking forward for any answer. Second question of mine... Hi,.

My product images won't show. In my store they show up as.

Red x's.

Even though the image files are also uploaded into catalog/images folder. I set the product image pixels to nothing in admin (according to previous advice, so that is blank, no zero or anything), and the images show up wide and flat. What pixel setting should I use for them to show up properly ? .

Anyone? Your help is appreciated....

Thanks,.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can help you..

Have you set the file permissions on the upload folder to 777..

Not that I remember, how exactly would I go about doing that? and what image size do you use as the default for the products in your store?.

Thanks for responding..

I just did a search on the products and it turns out that a total of five pictures out of the whole store shows up. So it couldn't be the 777 thing you suggested. What else do you think might cause the problem?.

I set all of my images parameters to 0. And everything works fine for me. I can use any images I want with out any stretching or deformities..
