First question I got is How can I check out a web iPage hosting service? Hoping for any response. My other question... I need some help. First off, I don't know the first thing about most of this stuff, but I love the oscommerce setup..

I'm reading a book on php mysql, but I like to mess around to learn that way too. Help me get started by explaining what this means:.

Tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES'table_background_contact_us.gif', HEADING_TITLE, HEADING_IMAGE_WIDTH, HEADING_IMAGE_HEIGHT);.

I have noticed that tep_"example" is everywhere in here. What does it stand for? And what does DIR_WS_IMAGES stand for?.

Easy question, who is the fastest man to answer?..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could answer your iPage question..

So do I have to change any of that then? how does it know where to get the HEADING_TITLE? If it's a variable, don't I have to do this first above that?.

HEADING_TITLE = Dude, check my iPage site (just a stupid example)..

What your talkign about is a language file. All of the pages that require the use of this document have an include tag. Thats is how they know the variable, because they include the page!..

Almost all of the text displayed by osCommerce is defined in one of the files under includes/languages. There is an english.php (for English) which has text common to many pages, and then an english subfolder with files for specific pages..

Search these files for the define names you want to change...
