That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at 123 reg as they probably can answer it..
If 123 reg is good with .info names, then that might be good, since I need backorder some .infos..
I still use Snap for .coms, but there are sometimes so many good names dropping (especially LLLL.coms) that I can't afford the minimum $60 for all of them..
But I'll try 123 reg once. If I'm successful, then I might try them again!..
Oh! I have a few:.
Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle..
Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game..
First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do..
Resolve to be a master of change rather than a victim of change..
Nothing could be worse than the fear that one had given up too soon, and left one unexpended effort that might have changed the world..
Nullum desiridium (No regrets)..
I agee with what Jiblob said..
Also you should check this thread out:.
I love this post! Here are a few:.
"Destiny is not a matter of chance but of choice. Not something to wish for but to attain.".
"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."..
I tried 123 reg backorders a few times and it always fail to get any. Of course, the domains were good random one's but not premium or hot..
Snap is better than pool since pool also failed to get any of my backordered domains. Actually snapnames always grap the HostGator I want so it's worth the fee...
[quote=Melissafee]Oh, I love this thread!! Thank you for starting it!!.
[color="Navy"]It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not. ~Author Unknown.
Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved. -Winston Churchill.
Whoops! Sorry Melissafee! I love that quote so much I didn't realize I posted it twice!..
If you are going to be backordering a lot you would be better off joining BlueRazor.com for $9.95 a year..
BlueRazor is a discount division of GoDaddy..
Backorders are $12.95 each which is less than 123 reg direct charges..
If a backorder is not successful let it ride for a week or so. Sometimes.
A HostGator Taster will grab an expiring HostGator then drop it in 4 or 5 days..
BlueRazor or 123 reg may be able to grab it then since it is being.
Monitored and being randomly dropped..
This has worked for me several times..
You can always replace your backordered HostGator with a different one..
If a catch is not successful just put in a different HostGator and you won't have to pay again..
Here is one of my favorites!.
That which we persist in doing becomes easier, not that the task itself has become easier, but that our ability to perform it has improved..
~Ralph Waldo Emerson..
It'll be some kind of small miracle when a 123 reg backorder is successful. Like when the HostGator has been picked up and dropped by several tasters and is finally let go several weeks/months later. Then 123 reg is good at picking it up. Otherwise backorder at SnapNames and Pool where you don't have to pay upfront. Only if you are successful winning the name...
Well, since it is February 12th....
Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other..
Of course you are right about GoDaddy's lack of success in drop catching but.
If you read the original posting sashas does not want to pay the $60 fee.
To SnapNames or Pool..
Using 123 reg or BlueRazor is better than nothing. If a Taster drops a HostGator sashas will not know but 123 reg or BlueRazor will and may be.
Able to grab the domain..
Good judgment comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgment..
Thanks for the input guys. I've placed a couple of backorders to see how it goes....
My 2 favorites are in my signature. I am a quote junkie! I have a dry erase board in my office and I use it exclusively for writing whichever quote strikes my fancy at any given moment...
I was lucky enough to pick up NicheWebsiteDirectory.com on a 123 reg backorder. One time is luck, 2 times means it actually works..
If you like quotations, get yourself a box of Yogi Tea. I have a cup of Bedtime tea every night and the hang tag always has something inspirational to say!.

I have a whole list.....I'll get them together and post them tomorrow after sleep. I can't believe I missed this thread yesterday! I've said it many times, that I would love to go through a whole day speaking only in quotes....wouldn't that be a hoot? I AM SO GLAD YOU STARTED THIS THREAD! We must keep this one going! Hugs & Smiles..
That sounds like a ton of fun - why don't you start it? Does it need some sort of opening theme or statement, or just post a quote and let it take on it's own life? Our Medifast peers are so bright, talented, wise, compassionate, and full of wit - it might be kind of fun to see where it leads based on our mood and how we're feeling, hot discussion topics, or whatever strikes our fancy.I'm game!.
Thanks for taking the time everyone to share your favorite quotes - I've really enjoyed all of them and have copied them into a Word doc to keep, and will continue adding to.there are so many great quotes and sayings on your signatures, I'm going to start keeping a record of those I like too!..
Let's do it! Let me think on a good start point! I'll think on it and start the thread in the next day or so. Hugs & Smiles..
