First off, How do I add music to my iPage web page? Hoping for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... Hello all, I've searched around for this answer on google, the search option and checked your FAQ's... Basically as of now I am trying to Add more boxes to the whole contact us page, such as.

Facility:.

First Name:.

Last Name:.

Phone:.

Fax:.

Email:.

Address:.

State: Zip:.

Enquiry:.

But I see enquiry uses an e-mail script? and from what I am looking at it seems if I wanted to add a box for every individual customer's detail it would be immensely complicated? So maybe it would be easier to just add the appropriate text directly into the enquiry box?.

Also I was able to add another box as you can see here.

However the information entered is not retained when the e-mail is delivered..

So I guess I'm basically asking for opinions + assistance to what would be the easiest to implement? adding individual boxes or just placing the text inside the Enquiry box? And how do I go about doing this? Thanks for your help guys!!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably can answer it..

Same in here, I need to make another typical contact us form which have more box to be fill it manually by customer..

This is a payment confirmation form, that send after the customer made payment through bank transfer, ATM or any other payment type..

More box that I need:.

Order number (that have been paid):.

Paying date:.

Customer bank name:.

Amount:.

Note:.

And more other box, which I feel it like the same with ltgmaddog needed..

I tried with contactus.php as a template, modifying it here and there, all failed. The graphic user interface is success, but none of them can send the data. I receive a blank page in my email. It's just empty....

Pardon for my english,.

Preciate if some one could give me the light..

Took me quite sometime but I found what you people are looking for.

Here..

I tried it out and it worked beautifully. However I wasn't happy with the email output that the store owner gets. There wasn't a header for the item in the email that is received. Still trying to sort that one..

Do also look into the addons area. You may find something there as well..

Finally! many thanks ivyfleur!.

Agree with the header output, but I guess better than nothing for right now.

Addon area, I've been there for this couple days, not so good I think..

Hope the header could be fixed soon..
